Assembly Steps
STEP 1: Attach Clamp to Pole
Thread Pole (A) onto Clamp (C). Place the clamp onto the edge of your desktop and tighten both Clamp Bolts (C1) to secure.
Secure the Pole by tightening the set screw on the back of the Clamp using the 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
STEP 2: Attach Arm Bracket to Pole
Slide Shaft Collar (D) onto Pole (A) and secure by tightening its handle. Slide the Arm Bracket (B) onto the Pole so that it rests on the Shaft Collar. Secure the Arm Bracket by tightening the back screw using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
STEP 3: Attach Arm Extensions and Second Shaft Collar
Place two Arm Extensions (F) on both sides of the Arm Bracket (B) as shown. Secure each Arm Extension by tightening its set screw on the back using the 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Slide another Shaft Collar (D) onto Pole (A) and secure by tightening its handle.
STEP 4: Attach VESA Plate to Center Monitor
Attach the VESA Plate (G) to your center monitor using the appropriate Screws (M-A, M-B, or M-C). Spacers (M-D) may be used if necessary to ensure a secure fit. The diagram shows correct screw lengths; avoid screws that are 'Too Long' or 'Too Short'.
STEP 5: Attach VESA Arms to Side Monitors
Attach the VESA Arms (E) to your side monitors using the appropriate Screws (M-A, M-B, or M-C). Spacers (M-D) may be used if necessary. The diagram shows correct screw lengths; avoid screws that are 'Too Long' or 'Too Short'.
STEP 6: Mount Monitors to Arms
Place monitors with VESA Arms (E) onto the Arm Extensions (F). Slide the center monitor with VESA Plate (G) onto the Pole (A). Secure by tightening the set screws on the VESA Arms and VESA Plate using the 3mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
STEP 7: Install Plastic Covers
Insert the Plastic Covers (H) into the designated slots on the VESA Arms (E) and Arm Extensions (F).
STEP 8: Manage Cables
Attach Cable Clips (I) to the Pole (A). Manage your monitor and power cables using the Cable Clips and the built-in channels, ensuring enough slack is left to allow for full adjustment of the arms.
Adjustments
STEP 9: Adjusting Side Monitor Height (Tension)
- Position Mount Arm: Position the arm horizontally, as shown, and firmly hold it in place.
- Insert Allen Wrench: Insert the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) into the adjustment screw located on the back of the monitor arm.
- Set Monitor Height: Turn the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B) 10-20 times to obtain proper support for your monitor. Use the guide below to adjust the tension according to the amount of counterbalance needed to support the monitor.
Tension Adjustment Guide
Clockwise: Decrease Support [if monitor will not lower]
Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to decrease the support for your monitor, allowing it to be lowered.
Counter-Clockwise: Increase Support [if monitor will not raise]
Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise to increase the support for your monitor, allowing it to be raised up.
Note: Requires 10-20 Turns
Vertical Tilt Adjustment
To adjust the vertical tilt, loosen the side screw behind the monitor using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B), adjust to your desired angle, and retighten.
Horizontal Tilt Adjustment
To adjust the horizontal tilt, loosen the top screw behind the monitor using the 5mm Allen Wrench (T-B), adjust to your desired angle, and retighten.
