Key Features
- Smartphone Connection: Synchronizes time and calendar with your smartphone via the dedicated CITIZEN CONNECTED app.
- Activity Tracking: Measures activity, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels (SPO2), storing and displaying data in the app.
- Amazon Alexa Ready: Use Alexa through the watch's microphone by installing the Amazon Alexa app from the Google Play Store on the watch.
Touch Screen Display and Operation
The watch features a touch screen display that supports gestures like tap, scroll, and swipe, similar to a smartphone. The middle button (rotatable crown) can also be used to scroll through screens.
- Screen Sleep: The display automatically sleeps after a period of inactivity. Tap the display or press a button to wake it.
- Swiping: Swipe from the edges of the display to quickly access functions. Swiping from the left center returns to the previous screen.
- Touch and Hold: Touch and hold the center of the display to change or customize the watch face.
- Tapping Icons/Windows: Tap icons or small windows on the display to navigate to the next screen or access advanced settings.
Watch Face Customization
You can customize the appearance of your watch face and the information displayed in small windows (called [TILES]). These small windows can also serve as shortcuts to specific functions.
Buttons of the Watch
The watch has three buttons (A, B, C) that can be assigned to various apps and functions, with some operations having fixed functions:

Connecting with a Smartphone
To connect your watch to a smartphone, you must install the dedicated app "CITIZEN CONNECTED" on your smartphone and initiate pairing. The watch uses Bluetooth® Low Energy technology for communication.

Synchronization and Data Measurement
The watch automatically synchronizes time and calendar data with your smartphone when the dedicated app is active. It also features an acceleration sensor and an optical sensor for measuring steps, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels (SPO2).
- Sensor Data: Activity data is stored on the watch for up to 40 days and transferred to the app during synchronization.
- Accuracy: Activity tracking is an estimation. Heart rate and blood oxygen measurements are for reference and not for medical use.
Settings on the Watch Body
You can access and adjust various settings directly on the watch through the quick menu or the app menu:
- Quick Menu: Swipe down from the top edge of the display to access quick settings like Connectivity, Battery, Display, Gestures, Apps & notifications, Google, Sound, Vibration, Buttons, General, Health Profile, Location, Accessibility, Security, and System.
- App Menu: Press the middle button (B) to access the app menu, which includes options like Alarm, Wellness, Stopwatch, Amazon Alexa, Find my phone, Timer, Media controls, Flashlight, Settings, Weather, Phone, Agenda, Contacts, and Play Store.
Using Amazon Alexa
To use Amazon Alexa, you need to set up a Google account and an Amazon account, and connect the watch to Wi-Fi. Install the Amazon Alexa app from the Google Play Store on the watch and then configure your Amazon account within the app.
You can activate Alexa by pressing and holding the upper button (C) or by selecting "Amazon Alexa" from the app menu. Speak your commands in the language set for your watch.
Changing [TILES] and Watch Faces
[TILES]: These are special screens that can be accessed by swiping left or right from the edges of the watch display. You can customize which [TILES] are displayed and their order through the dedicated app.
Watch Face Customization: You can change the watch face either through the dedicated app or directly on the watch by touching and holding the center of the display. The app also allows for detailed customization of the watch face elements.
Setting Notifications
Notifications from your smartphone can be managed through the dedicated app or directly on the watch. In the app, navigate to "MY WATCH" > "MY PREFERENCES" > "Notifications" to activate or deactivate notifications for specific apps. On the watch, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications.
