Wearing
Step 1: Attaching the eartip to the earbud. ➡️
Step 2: Inserting the earbud into the ear and twisting gently for a snug fit. Ensure the sound hole faces downwards.
Available EarTip sizes: S, M, L. The Medium-sized eartips are pre-installed.
Pairing
First Time Connection
1. Open the charging case; the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode ?.
2. On your device's Bluetooth settings ?, select "QCY-T18" to connect.
Pairing with another device
1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case cover open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 4 seconds ⏱️.
Multi-Point Connection
The headset can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
1. Connect the earbuds to Phone A. Then turn off Bluetooth ? on Phone A.
2. Connect to Phone B. Turn Bluetooth ? on Phone A back on and reconnect QCY-T18 to Phone A to complete Multi-Point Connection.
Note: Earbuds automatically power off after 5 minutes of inactivity. They automatically reconnect to the last connected device when powered on.
Resetting
Reset the earbuds if you experience connectivity or function issues ⚠️.
1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and keep it open.
2. Press and hold the case button for 10 seconds ⏱️ until the LED indicators ? on both earbuds flash white rapidly 5 times.
Power On/Off
Power On ?: Open the charging case; the earbuds will power on automatically.
Power Off ⚫: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case.
Charging ?
1. Remove the protective film before charging for the first-time use.
2. Ensure the earbuds and USB port are completely dry before charging ?.
3. Use a certified USB-C charging cable ? and charger. The earphones must be fully charged before first use.

Tips ?
- Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
- The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
- If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
- Please use chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
- If the earbuds cannot be found by your phone ?, check if they are in pairing mode ?. If left unconnected for a long while, they will exit pairing mode. Re-enter pairing mode. If a phone error occurs, reboot the phone. If an earbud error occurs, reboot or reset the earbuds.
Caveats ⚠️
- Never disassemble or modify your earbuds to avoid damages and danger.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or over 45°C).
- Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increasing risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Keep the earphones dry.
Warranty
QCY warrants this device for 12 months from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects. If the device fails due to a manufacturing defect, contact the seller directly to initiate return and warranty process.
The following are excluded from QCY warranty cover:
- Device purchased as second hand, used, or from an unauthorized seller.
- Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action.
- Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, poison, or liquid.
- Damage resulted from natural disaster.
- Damage caused to any third party, person, or object.
Please do not return the product without seller/QCY authorization.
