QCY T1C True Wireless Earbuds User Manual

This product user guide contains product features, how to use, and the operating procedure. Users should read the manual carefully to get the best experience and avoid unnecessary damage. Overview

It is recommended to try medium eartips first as they fit most people.

Earbud Components:

• MFB (Multi-Function Button): Located on the outer surface of the earbud, typically used for controls like play/pause, answer/end calls.
• LED Indicator: A small light on the earbud that shows status (e.g., pairing, charging, connected).
• Microphone: Positioned to pick up voice for calls.
• Pogo Pins: Charging contacts located on the bottom of the earbud, used to charge when placed in the charging case.

Charging Case Components:

• LED Indicator: A light on the charging case indicating charging status or battery level.
• USB Charging Port: Standard USB port for connecting a charging cable to power the case.

How to Connect

First-time Connection:

1. Pick up both earbuds and pop them into the case to activate them.
2. Pick up both earbuds again.
3. On your cellphone, search for "QCY-T1C" and tap to connect.

*When earbuds are picked up, they will auto power on. If not, please charge and try again.

Switch Connected Device:

1. Turn off Bluetooth on Phone A. The earbuds will auto disconnect and become connectable.
2. On Phone B, search for "QCY-T1C" and tap to connect.

*Multi-point connection is not available. Earbuds will auto reconnect to Phone B upon powering up again.

Factory Setting

Delete Connectivity Records:

(Please try the following steps if earbuds fail to connect)

1. On your cellphone, delete the connectivity records of "QCY-T1C".
2. With earbuds powered off and out of the case, hold the Multi-Function Buttons (MFBs) for 10 seconds or until the LEDs blink red and blue 3 times to power on and set factory settings.

*After factory setting, please refer to the "First-time Connection" section to establish a connection with your cellphone.

How to Wear

1. Rotate the earbuds and gently insert them into your ear. Shake your head to check wearing stability.
2. Adjust the microphone towards your mouth for a better calling experience.

Three-way Calling & Switch:

Press the MFB to answer an incoming call. If another call is incoming simultaneously, press the MFB to put the first call on hold while activating the second call. Alternatively, hold the MFB for 1 second to ignore the second call. Double press the MFB to switch between the held call and the active call.

Mono Mode:

1. If two earbuds were paired previously, power them off. Then, hold the MFB on either earbud for 2 seconds to power on. After the re-pairing timeout, the earbud will automatically become connectable to a cellphone (LED blinks blue).
2. On your cellphone, search for "QCY-T1C" and tap to connect.
3. Once connected, the earbud is ready for use in mono mode.

Charging Earbud:

Push the earbuds into the charging case to power them off and initiate charging. The LEDs will glow solid red when charging and turn off once fully charged.

Function

Tips:

1. Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
2. The headset needs to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the headset is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
4. Please use chargers made by qualified manufacturers.
5. If the headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode. If left unconnected for a long while, the headset will exit pairing mode; please re-enter the mode. If a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it. If a procedure error of the headset occurs, reboot or reset it.

Caveats

1. Never disassemble or modify your headset for any reason to avoid damage and danger.
2. Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator light close to the eyes of children or animals.
4. Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the headset.
6. Keep the headset dry.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If repair or other services are needed during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly. The original proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be provided.

The following are considered a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than its intended use, or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, intervention by an unauthorized person, or mechanical fault caused by the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage, inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If modifications, alterations, or adaptations have been made to change or extend the product's functions beyond its purchased design, or if non-original components have been used.
