The Danfoss Hansen UQD is engineered for thermal management applications, available in 4 sizes and 2 color options. It complies with OCP (Open Compute Project) specifications and surpasses required performance characteristics. Danfoss UQD couplings offer color identification (red and blue) and are guaranteed 100% helium-leak tested.

Socket (Female) Part

Figures 1 and 2 illustrate the push-on socketless fitting design for the socket (female) part. Figure 3 shows the male ORB connection type. The table below provides part numbers, order numbers, thread/end sizes, and detailed dimensions (A, B, C, D, Hex) for each UQD size.

Plug (Male) Part

Figure 4 shows the Male ORB ISO 11926-3 connection type, and Figure 5 shows the ISO 1179-3 type. The table below provides part numbers, order numbers, thread/end sizes, and detailed dimensions (E, F, G, H, J, Hex) for each UQD size.

Note 1: To obtain connected length of coupling, add dimensions A (Fig. 1) and G (Fig. 2) together.
