Heat Pump Water Heaters bring new innovation to hot water heating, using less energy than standard electric water heaters.

Monoblock System

Efficient design: Haier heat pump technology results in a 64% to 79% reduction in electricity used compared to traditional electric resistance water heaters. Heat is drawn from ambient air, with electricity used only for the compressor and fan.

Respect for the planet: Haier heat pump hot water systems use less electricity and low-impact refrigerants. They also complement solar PV setups, prioritizing solar energy.

Connected living: The SmartHQ™ app provides control, allowing users to adjust heating from anywhere. Five user modes are available: Auto, Eco, Solar PV, Electric, Vacation, and Boost.

Monoblock

Models: 200L, 250L, 330L

Respect for the planet: Highly efficient compared to electric resistance or gas water heaters, complements solar PV systems, runs only on electricity, and uses the natural refrigerant R290.

Global Warming Potential (GWP): R290 has a GWP of 3, significantly lower than R134A (GWP: 1430) and R32 (GWP: 675).

Lower running costs: Heat pump technology results in a 69-79% reduction in electricity used compared to electric resistance water heaters, saving money annually.

Expansive operating range: Performs in most Australian climates from -7°C to 45°C ambient air temperature.

Split System

Model: 280L

Lower running costs: Uses approximately 1/3 of the electricity of a traditional electric resistance heater. Haier Split System uses 64-68% less energy.

Fast hot water recovery: Ideal for large families and colder regions, featuring a 4.58kW heating capacity and a boost function for high demand.

Low impact refrigerant: Uses low-impact R32 refrigerant, complementing solar PV systems for lower grid-electricity use. R32 has a GWP of 675.

Installation flexibility: The split design allows the heat pump unit to be placed away from noise-sensitive areas, with the cylinder located inside or outside.

Adapts to your life: Built-in Wi-Fi module and SmartHQ™ app enable remote control. Five user modes (⚙️ Auto, ? Eco, ☀️ Solar PV, Electric, ?️ Vacation, ? Boost) allow adjustment for cost, energy saving, or solar prioritization.

Reduced running costs

Heat pump technology offers 69-79% (Monoblock) and 64-68% (Split System) electricity reduction compared to electric resistance heaters, leading to lower electricity bills.

Low GWP refrigerant

Monoblock models use R290 (GWP: 3), 476 times lower than R134A. Split systems use R32 (GWP: 675), a next-generation refrigerant with lower environmental impact than R134A.

Eco mode for lower electricity use

Eco mode optimizes benefits of solar PV and lower cost, time-of-use electricity. Solar PV mode integrates with the system to maximize consumption of solar-generated energy, reducing power bills.

Solar PV ready

Surplus solar energy can be stored as hot water. In Solar PV mode, the system receives a signal from the solar PV system to use generated energy, heating water up to 75°C for later use.

The Split System features a 4.58kW heating capacity for rapid reheating, ensuring hot water availability even after large consumption.

Heat boost

The Split System includes a 2.6kW backup booster and a "one-time boost" function for faster recovery during high demand periods.

Longevity

Patented triple-layer protection creates a durable, corrosion-resistant inner tank, tested for over 160,000 cycles.

Quiet operation

Operating noise levels are 43-46dBA for Monoblock and 52dBA for Split System (at 1 meter). The outdoor unit can be placed away from living areas for quiet operation.

Connected Living

The SmartHQ™ app provides remote control of heating, allowing adjustments for hot water needs from anywhere. Users can select from five modes: Auto, Eco, Solar PV, Electric, Vacation, and Boost.
