The system allows for alerts to be sent from anywhere within the home, ensuring prompt notification to family members or caregivers.

Features

  1. ON/OFF:
    1. Power on: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. The receiver will beep and display "00".
    2. Power off: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. The receiver will beep and display "--".
  2. Adjust the Volume: Press the Volume button once to adjust the volume. There are 5 levels, from 0-120 dB. Settings are retained after power off due to the memory function.
  3. Ringtone Switch: Press the Ringtone Switch button to cycle between "Ding-dong" and Alarm sounds. The alert will sound for 90 seconds or until any button on the receiver is pressed.
  4. Vibration: The receiver vibrates 10 times, pauses for 3 seconds, and repeats for up to 90 seconds, or until any button on the receiver is pressed. To turn vibration on/off, press and hold the "Volume" and "On/OFF" buttons simultaneously until the sound stops.
  5. Low battery warning: The receiver will flash red or blue. Red indicates the receiver battery needs changing, and blue indicates the transmitter battery needs changing.

Operating Instructions

① How To Use? (Paired Before Delivery)

  1. Insert batteries into the receiver.
  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button [power-symbol] for 5 seconds to turn on the receiver. The display will show "00".

② How To Pair? (Paired Before Delivery)

  1. Step 1: Press and hold the Setting button [gear-symbol] for 5 seconds. A "Ding" sound indicates pairing mode.
  2. Step 2: Select a number for the transmitter by pressing the forward/backward buttons [arrow-right-symbol]/[arrow-left-symbol]. The chosen number will appear on the display.
  3. Step 3: Press the transmitter/wrist call button once to pair with the receiver. A "DingDing" sound and the displayed number confirm successful pairing.

Pairing Multiple Devices: Repeat steps 1-3 to pair additional transmitters or receivers. One receiver can work with up to 20 transmitters. Each transmitter pairs to a specific number on the receiver.

3 Clearing All Settings

Press and hold the Volume button [volume-symbol] for 5 seconds to reset the receiver to default mode. The receiver will beep and display "01", indicating the clearing process is complete. To re-pair devices, repeat steps 1-3.

Battery Replacement

Receiver Battery Replacement:

  1. Push the back clip down [arrow-down-symbol].
  2. Use a screwdriver to remove the cover.
  3. Replace the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct terminal orientation. Replace the cover and secure with screws.

Transmitter Battery Replacement:

  1. Use a screwdriver to remove the cover from the back.
  2. Replace the 12V23A battery, ensuring correct terminal orientation. Replace the cover and secure with screws.

Mounting Instructions

Transmitter Mounting:

  1. Fix the transmitter button to a desired location. Use the 3M tape on the back clip or secure it with screws.
  2. Place the transmitter onto the back clip.

Transmitter Lanyard Mounting:

  1. Remove the back clip.
  2. Thread the lanyard through the lanyard hanger.
  3. Slip the tip of the rope over the entire lanyard to secure it.
  4. The lanyard attachment is now complete.

A1: Press the volume button to check if the receiver is working. It might be in mute mode. If it works, the receiver is functional. If not, contact customer service regarding a receiver issue. A2: Press the transmitter to check the light indicator. If it works, the transmitter is functional. Try replacing the batteries and check again. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service regarding a transmitter issue. A3: If both receiver and transmitter are functional, try pairing them again by repeating Steps 1-3.
Q: What factors affect the use distance of the pager?
The transmitter directly determines the working distance. Factors like other radio signals, metal objects, or concrete walls can affect the range.
Q: Can the receiver vibration function be turned off?
Yes, press and hold the "Volume" and "On/OFF" buttons simultaneously until the sound stops to toggle the vibration function.
Q: Do I need to pair the receiver and transmitter myself?
The receiver and transmitter are factory paired and do not require user pairing.
Q: Can I purchase multiple sets and pair them together?
Yes, the system supports expandable pairing, allowing one receiver to pair with multiple transmitters or one transmitter to pair with multiple receivers.
Q: Is there any warning for low battery on the receiver and transmitter?
Both the receiver and transmitter have low battery alerts. The receiver provides an indicator and voice reminder to specify whether the receiver or transmitter has a low battery.
Q: Can I wear the call button in the shower?
The transmitter has an IP55 waterproof rating, meaning it can withstand occasional water splashes. However, it is not recommended to submerge it in water for extended periods. It is advised to install the call button on the bathroom wall.
