Trouble-Shooting

The Receiver Can Not Work with the Transmitter?

  • Low Transmitter Battery: If the transmitter battery power is running out, the indicator light will be weak, and it may not send out signals. Please replace the battery.
  • Pairing Cleared: If the pairing was accidentally cleared, please re-pair the transmitter and the button. Refer to "Using Your Pager System - Pairing".
  • Out of Range: If the distance between the transmitter and the receiver is beyond the working range, signals will not be received. Maintain a distance of 50-200 meters.
  • Signal Interference: Obstacles near the transmitter and receiver can interfere with signal transmission. Stay away from potential interference sources like power supplies, TVs, microwave ovens, and metal doors.

Precautions

  • Test the working distance between the receiver and transmitter before final installation.
  • Do not install the transmitter on metal doors, as metal can interfere with signals and affect the working range.
  • Avoid installing the receiver near appliances that emit electromagnetic waves, such as TVs, induction cookers, and microwave ovens.
  • Do not expose the receiver and transmitter to water or fire to prevent accidents.
  • If the product is idle for a long time, remove the battery to prevent damage from moisture and potential malfunction.
