Samsung Colombia Promotional Activity: Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: 10% Discount on first purchase at MX eStore (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: Valid from July 17, 2025, to December 31, 2025, at 23:59, or until stocks last, whichever occurs first.

Available Units for the Promotion: 20,000 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION are available across all references and Participating Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory for the Promotion: Valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels for the Promotion: Valid in online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

These terms, conditions, and restrictions govern participation in the PROMOTION. Participation and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG imply full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&Cs. The T&Cs can be consulted at: https://www.samsung.com/co/multistore/estudiantes_co/.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: The CUSTOMER will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase made through the Samsung Shop App (the “BENEFIT”) for any product indicated in numeral 3 of these T&Cs in Participating Authorized Stores (“PRODUCTS”). The BENEFIT is only applicable if the CUSTOMER registers or logs into their Samsung Shop App account. This is subject to the CUSTOMER fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&Cs.
2. Participating Authorized Stores: The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are:
   • Online Channels: Estore: https://www.samsung.com/co/
3. Products and Units: The “PRODUCTS” are all Samsung products in the “Mobile” category.
4. Customers: CUSTOMERS for the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age.
5. Mechanics: CUSTOMERS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and acquiring the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any method authorized by each Participating Authorized Store. To access the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER must follow this mechanic:
   • If the “Samsung Shop” app is not installed, the CUSTOMER must download it to access the Participating Authorized Store.
   • The CUSTOMER will enter the application and must register or log in, as applicable.
   • If registration is required and login is not performed, the CUSTOMER must follow all steps indicated by the Participating Authorized Store for effective registration.
   • Once registered or logged in, the CUSTOMER will select the PRODUCT of their preference. If the CUSTOMER selects PRODUCTS excluded from the PROMOTION as established in numeral 3 of these T&Cs, the PROMOTION will not be applicable.
   • The CUSTOMER must proceed to the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the Participating Authorized Store to check out.
   • The BENEFIT will be applied automatically before payment, which the CUSTOMER must verify on the shopping cart page.
   • The CUSTOMER must follow the steps to finalize their purchase.
6. Special Conditions for the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT has the following special conditions:
   • The BENEFIT is not applicable if the CUSTOMER has made previous purchases through the Participating Authorized Store.
   • The BENEFIT can only be accumulated with current promotions that explicitly allow it.
   • The BENEFIT can be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CUSTOMER.
   • The BENEFIT is applicable provided the CUSTOMER acquires a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 PRODUCTS in a single transaction from the Participating Authorized Store.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. By acquiring the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER fully accepts all terms indicated in these T&Cs.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&Cs.
3. For online channels, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, all conditions for shipping and delivery of PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Before making a purchase, the CUSTOMER should contact the Participating Authorized Store to obtain more information about delivery and shipping.
4. The CUSTOMER acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CUSTOMER with the product in the available color.
5. Available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&Cs, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided SAMSUNG is the producer. If any PRODUCT or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a different producer than SAMSUNG, the warranty will be the one established by the respective producer.
7. If the CUSTOMER exercises their right of withdrawal regarding an acquired PRODUCT, the CUSTOMER must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if it has already been delivered. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the indications of each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, nor for any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&Cs.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&Cs at any time and for any reason. Such updates will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and CUSTOMERS will be considered notified, making these conditions applicable to them.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Any claims regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be handled through SAMSUNG's Call Center, WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each Participating Authorized Store.
11. When one or all Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information of CUSTOMERS using security technologies and procedures. For more information, CUSTOMERS can consult the data protection policy at: https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion de datos/.
12. When one or all Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store other than SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected. CUSTOMERS can consult that store's personal data protection policy on its website. SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and its treatment will comply with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&Cs respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
