Samsung App Monitor 10% Promotion

I. PROMOTION IDENTIFICATION

Name of the PROMOTION: App Monitor 10% (the “PROMOTION”).

Validity of the PROMOTION: PROMOTION valid from June 6, 2025, to January 31, 2026, or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Units available for the PROMOTION: 5000 units of the BENEFIT object of the PROMOTION are available across all references and Participating Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory for the PROMOTION: PROMOTION valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels for the PROMOTION: PROMOTION valid on online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions that will govern the persons (“CLIENT” and collectively the “CLIENTS,” as specified below) who participate in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. III. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Object - The CLIENT, by logging into their Samsung account on the Participating Authorized Store, for the purchase of any product in the “Monitors” category available through the online portal of the Participating Authorized Store (“PRODUCT”), will receive a 10% discount on the value of the PRODUCT (the “BENEFIT”). This is subject to the CLIENT complying with all the requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. Participating Authorized Stores – The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are:
   • Online Channels:
     • https://www.samsung.com/co/
     • Samsung Shop App (iOS, Android).
3. Products and Units – The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are all references in the “Monitors” category, available at the time of purchase at the Participating Authorized Store.
4. Clients – CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are understood to be natural persons over 18 years of age.
5. Mechanics – CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT, within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized payment method by each Participating Authorized Store. To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow this mechanic:
   • The CLIENT must log in to the Participating Authorized Store with their Samsung account.
   • The CLIENT can learn about the PROMOTION through an image published on the “Monitors” page in the Participating Authorized Store, which will contain a discount code corresponding to the BENEFIT.
   • The CLIENT must select and copy the discount code shown in the image.
   • The CLIENT may select between 1 and a maximum of 4 PRODUCTS of their choice available at the Participating Authorized Store and add them to the shopping cart.
   • The CLIENT will proceed to the shopping cart page where they can paste the copied code from the image, so that the BENEFIT is applied to the purchase.
   • The CLIENT must confirm that the BENEFIT has been effectively applied to the final value of the shopping cart and follow the steps to complete their purchase.
6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT – The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:
   • The BENEFIT can be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT.
   • The BENEFIT is not cumulative with other current promotions.
   • The BENEFIT will be applicable provided that the CLIENT purchases a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 PRODUCTS in a single transaction from the Participating Authorized Stores.

IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION

1. Upon acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be accepting in full all that is indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
3. In the case of participation through online channels, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, all conditions regarding the mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, the CLIENT, before making their purchase, must contact the Participating Authorized Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION for more information on the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the manufacturer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a manufacturer other than SAMSUNG, the warranty applicable will be that established by the manufacturer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the acquired PRODUCT, provided that said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has already been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the instructions established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, nor for any other transaction or benefit other than those described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason, for which the updated T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and it will be understood that by such publication the CLIENTS are notified and, therefore, these conditions become applicable to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, in the event of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, such claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Participating Authorized Stores.
11. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to Samsung's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information security of the CLIENTS. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various technologies and security procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information provided is stored in limited access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store other than Samsung's online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION, for which the CLIENT may consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. The Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of the CLIENTS' personal information. For its part, SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, which is why their treatment will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
