Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: 10% Discount on First Purchase MX (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: From July 9, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. until July 31, 2025, or until supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Units Available: 20,000 units of the BENEFIT are available across all references and Participating Authorized Stores.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: Valid on online channels of Participating Authorized Stores.

Previous Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively the “CLIENTS”) participating in the PROMOTION. Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C.

Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: The CLIENT will receive a 10% discount on their first purchase made through the Samsung Shop App (the “BENEFIT”) for any product indicated in numeral 3 of these T&C in the Participating Authorized Stores (“PRODUCTS”). The BENEFIT is only applicable if the CLIENT registers or logs into their Samsung Shop App account. This is subject to the CLIENT fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. Participating Authorized Stores: The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are:
   • Online Channels: Samsung Shop App
3. Products and Units: The products (“PRODUCTS”) are Samsung mobile phone category products, excluding those listed below:

4. Clients: CLIENTS are natural persons over 18 years of age.
5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method by each Participating Authorized Store. To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow these steps:
   • If the “Samsung Shop” app is not available, the CLIENT must download it to access the Participating Authorized Store.
   • The CLIENT will enter the application and must register or log in, as applicable.
   • If registration is proceeded with and not login, the CLIENT must follow all steps indicated by the Participating Authorized Store for effective registration.
   • Once registered or logged in, the CLIENT will select the PRODUCT of their preference. If the CLIENT selects PRODUCTS excluded from the PROMOTION as established in numeral 3 of these T&C, the PROMOTION will not be applicable.
   • The CLIENT must proceed to the shopping cart icon at the top right of the Participating Authorized Store to proceed with checkout.
   • The BENEFIT will be applied automatically before payment, which the CLIENT must verify on the shopping cart page.
   • The CLIENT must follow the steps to finalize their purchase.
6. Special Conditions of the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT has the following special conditions:
   • The BENEFIT is not applicable if the CLIENT has previously made purchases through the Participating Authorized Store.
   • The BENEFIT is only cumulative with the following promotion: “BOGO Samsung Serie S25 estore”.
   • The BENEFIT can be redeemed a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT.
   • The BENEFIT will be applicable provided the CLIENT acquires through a single transaction, a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 PRODUCTS from the Participating Authorized Store.

General Promotion Conditions

1. By acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT accepts these T&C in their entirety.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
3. For online channels, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, all conditions regarding the method, time, and place of shipment and delivery of PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Therefore, before purchasing, the CLIENT must contact the Participating Authorized Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION for more information on delivery and shipping of PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. If the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. Available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will end.
6. The warranty applicable to PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided SAMSUNG is the producer. If a PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a different producer, the warranty will be as established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding an acquired PRODUCT, and if such PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has been delivered. Withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and according to the indications established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, or any other transaction or benefit other than what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates to the T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/. Upon such publication, CLIENTS will be considered notified, and these conditions will apply to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Any claims regarding PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each Participating Authorized Store.
11. When one or all Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, provided personal information is stored in limited-access systems located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store different from SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION. CLIENTS can consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS' personal information. SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and its treatment will be carried out according to the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
