Samsung DA Kitchen Channel Cashback Promotion: Terms and Conditions
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://samsungoffers.claims/kitchenchannelcashback form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 1st September 2025 and close at 23:59 (GMT) on the 9th November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, individuals must be lawfully resident (aged 18+) within the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
- Businesses and organisations are specifically excluded.
- Employees or agents of the Promoter involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected are not eligible.
- Sales staff at Participating Retailers are eligible if they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
- Retailers, distributors, resellers, and persons purchasing for resale or not as the end-user are excluded.
- Participants will not be eligible to claim the Reward if the Promotion Product has been used to claim cashback or a physical gift reward under any other Samsung promotion.
Offer
Samsung is offering a promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby Participants will be eligible to claim cashback ‘stacked’ rewards by redemption when they purchase three (3) or more qualifying new selected Samsung appliance products listed in Table 1 (each, a “Promotion Product”) from the same retailer within the Promotion Period. Promotion Products must be purchased together as a bundle in a single transaction from the same Participating Retailer. Each Promotion Product bundle must include at least one (1) oven from the listed Qualifying Ovens set out in Table 1.

Claims
- Rewards shall be paid by bank transfer in GBP. Participants must have a valid GBP bank account matching their personal information on the Claim form.
- Purchases must be made from a Participating Retailer. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay), third-party sellers on online retailers' websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace), and non-Samsung approved resellers are excluded.
- Participants must register for or login to a Samsung Account when submitting a Claim for Rewards.
- After purchasing three (3) or more Promotion Products in a single transaction during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/kitchenchannelcashback.
- Complete the Claim form with required details (name, contact, email, postal address, bank account details) and submit it with scanned copies of proof of purchase.
- Participants must upload an image of the serial numbers from the settings screen of the Promotion Products (not the packaging).
- All Promotion Products must be purchased to be eligible; free or giveaway products do not qualify.
- Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) and one hundred eighty (180) days after the purchase date (the “Claim Period”). The final claim date for purchases made on 9th November 2025 is 9th May 2026.
- Participants can claim on a maximum of six (6) selected Promotion Products per purchase, and a maximum of 1 Claim per residential household.
- Participants will receive an email confirming claim receipt instantly. A validation email will be sent within seven (7) days if the claim is valid.
- If an email acknowledgement is not received, contact customer service at kitchenchannelcashback@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 0330 551 0910 within seven (7) days of submission.
- If a Claim is submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered seven (7) days to provide required information. Failure to respond will result in the Claim being marked as invalid.
- Incomplete or damaged Claims will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed, or damaged data during communication or transmission of Claims.
- The Reward will be sent via bank transfer within thirty (30) days of Claim Validation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Claims that do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
- The Promoter may require further verification for proof of purchase, identity, age, and other relevant details to protect against fraudulent or invalid Claims. Participation may be rejected if information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms in previous promotions.
- If a Participant returns or cancels a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, they must not include that product in the Claim. If a return/cancellation occurs after submission, the Claim is invalid, and the Participant must cancel it immediately by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to check with retailers regarding returns/cancellations.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Promoter's use of personal information is limited to communications about the Promotion and managing the redemption process. Participants consent to this use and agree with the Promoter's privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to the Promoter or using the opt-out process in the privacy policy.
Details provided by the Participant will not be used for any other purpose or passed to third parties, other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion due to force majeure or other factors beyond its control.
- The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions in accordance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for failures in submissions due to transmission issues, computer/communication malfunctions, disruptions caused by events beyond its control, or printing/typographical errors.
- Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and costs not stated as included in these Promotion Terms.
- By participating, Participants agree to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or connection with the Promotion, including awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Reward. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence.
- The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
