Initial Setup
Powering On and Pairing
To power on, press and hold both buttons for over 3 seconds. When one earbud flashes blue/white, the earbuds are ready to pair with your device.

Connecting to Your Device
On your device's settings, select "JLab JBuds Air ANC" from the Bluetooth menu. After connecting, you will hear two beeps, followed by a solid white light on the earbuds.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices
Turn off Bluetooth on your current device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. To connect, select "JLab JBuds Air ANC" in the new device's settings.
Audio Alerts
- Power On: Chime ?
- Bluetooth Connected: 2 Beeps ?
- Low Battery: Voice prompt in English (< 20%) ?
- Power Off: Chime ?
Customizable EQ Sound Modes
To change EQ settings, triple tap the touch sensor on the right or left earbud. The JBuds Air ANC offers 3 EQ settings.
- JLab Signature: Balanced sound with enhanced JLab C3™™ sound characteristics.
- Balanced: Even sound without emphasizing bass or treble.
- Bass Boost: Enhanced bass and sub-bass.

Music/Movie Mode
For Music/Movie Mode, long press both touch sensors for over 3 seconds.
Power Off Without Charging Case
Turn off Bluetooth on your device. The earbuds will power off automatically within 3 seconds.
Charging the Earbuds
To charge, place the earbuds into their designated slots in the charging case (L - Left, R - Right). The earbuds will automatically turn off and begin charging.

Charging Case
Connect your JBuds Air ANC to a computer or a 5V 1A (or less) USB power source.
The LED lights will flash white while charging and turn solid white once fully charged.

Fit and Cush Fins
Try all optional, removable ear tips and Cush Fins™™ to find the most suitable fit for optimal isolation and comfort. Align the Cush Fin by attaching its edge to the microphone hole.

Troubleshooting: No Audio on One Earbud or Disconnected (Manual Reset)
If you experience no audio on one earbud or if the earbuds become disconnected, perform a manual reset:
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and remove "JLab JBuds Air ANC".
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Tap the touch sensor on one earbud 7 times. The indicator light will flash blue 3 times and then turn off.
- Repeat the same process for the other earbud: tap the touch sensor 7 times. The indicator light will flash blue 3 times and then turn off.
- Wait 10 seconds, then open the charging case. One earbud will flash blue/white. You can now pair the earbuds with your device.

Call Quality
If you experience microphone echo or call quality issues with the JBuds Air ANC, ensure that the Cush Fin does not block the microphone port.

Quick Tips & Care
Quick Tips
- Each earbud can connect to a device and operate independently. Simply take one earbud out of the charging case, and it will connect automatically.
- Choosing the right removable ear tips will significantly improve sound quality due to better driver isolation. Try all the ear tips for the best results.
Care and Warnings
- Warning: Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage to the case. The earbuds are sweat and water-resistant, but the charging case is not.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup on the ear tips can occur and may reduce sound quality. Gently clean earwax using a cotton swab or a small brush to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily stop using the earbuds.
- If persistent discomfort occurs during use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to how you would handle expensive sunglasses, and store them safely when not in use.
