Offer Overview

Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. ("Samsung") is pleased to announce a "Multi Buy Offer" available on the Samsung Shop Corporate Portal, Employee Portal, Samsung shop app, and www.samsung.com/in/multistore/corporate or www.samsung.com/in/multistore/1001. This offer applies to select 43" UHD & Above Televisions ("Primary Device") and compatible Audio Devices ("Secondary Device").

The offer is valid for purchases made between July 14, 2025, 00:00 hrs and August 31, 2025, 23:59 PM (the "Multi Buy Offer Period"). Customers purchasing a Primary Device during this period are eligible for an additional discount on the purchase of a Secondary Device, as detailed below. Note: Only one offer is applicable per TV and AV combination (e.g., 1 TV & 1 AV, or 2 TVs & 2 AVs). The offer provides a 10% discount on Audio Devices.

Offer Details by Primary Device Category

a) Frame TV [LS03B/LS03D] Offer

Get 10% off on D Series and 5% off on F series List Price for Audio Device SKUs when purchased with a Frame TV.

b) 65" UHD / QLED / OLED / Neo QLED Televisions Offer

Get 10% off on D Series and 5% off on F series List Price for Audio Device SKUs when purchased with a 65" UHD/QLED/OLED/Neo QLED TV.

c) 55" UHD Offer

Get 10% off on D Series and 5% off on F series List Price for Audio Device SKUs when purchased with a 55" UHD TV.

d) 43"/50" UHD Offer

Get 10% off on D Series and 5% off on F series List Price for Audio Device SKUs when purchased with a 43"/50" UHD TV.

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. A customer must purchase the Primary Device from Samsung Shop to be eligible for the Multi Buy Offer.
2. Only one Secondary Device can be purchased along with one Primary Device in the same cart or bill to avail the offer benefits. Samsung Shop will facilitate instant discounts/Multi Buy Offers as mentioned.
3. Customer participation in the Multi Buy Offer is voluntary.
4. The mentioned Multi Buy Offer cannot be converted or used in any other form other than an instant discount on the purchase of a Secondary Device (subject to the purchase of a Primary Device).

Multi Buy Offer at Samsung Shop:

New Primary Device purchase during Multi Buy Offer Period:

1. Customers will be informed about the Multi Buy Offer via on-site promotions, "buy together" recommendations, add-to-cart prompts, and other communications when purchasing a Primary Device on Samsung Shop during the offer period.
2. The prices of the Primary Device and Secondary Device listed on Samsung Shop are inclusive of all taxes.
3. The offer is applicable on the list price on Samsung.com / Samsung Shop app at the time of purchase.
4. The shipping of the Primary/Secondary Device is subject to stock availability.

Customer Initiated Cancellation of Order:

1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified during the Multi Buy Offer Period. Any doorstep rejections or unsuccessful deliveries will incur a charge, adjusted from the final refund amount. This applies to both Primary and Secondary Devices.
2. Refunds against cancellation, doorstep rejection, or unsuccessful delivery of the Primary Device will be issued after deducting:
   • A cancellation fee (if applicable).
   • The Multi Buy Offer benefit (as availed by the customer).
3. Scenario 1: If a customer cancels both the Primary and Secondary Devices before either is delivered or shipped, Samsung will refund the amount paid for both devices after deducting the cancellation fee (if applicable). The Multi Buy Offer benefit will not be refunded as the customer will no longer be eligible.
4. Scenario 2: If a customer receives the Secondary Device or it has been shipped by Samsung before they cancel the Primary Device or Secondary Device, the customer will receive a refund for the Primary Device only, after adjusting the Multi Buy benefit and deducting the cancellation fee (if applicable). The Multi Buy Offer benefit will not be refunded as the customer will no longer be eligible. The Primary and Secondary Devices purchased will be on an "as is" basis and delivered subject to stock availability.

Samsung Initiated Cancellation:

In the unforeseen event that Samsung needs to cancel an order, no cancellation fees will be applicable.

Customer Consent:

By availing the Multi Buy Offer, customers consent to be contacted by Samsung or its authorized partners via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email for the purpose of this offer and for any future communications.

Offer Modifications:

Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend, or withdraw the Multi Buy Offer or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The choice of color, make, and model of any gift(s) will be at Samsung's discretion, and no claims will be entertained in this regard.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
