Official Rules for the "For Big Screens and Small Galaxies" Promotion

General Provisions

The promotion period is from August 5, 2025, to August 8, 2025, inclusive. Dates are specified in months and days. "Month" refers to the corresponding calendar month, and "day" refers to a calendar day unless a business day is specified.

Promotion Conditions

Upon purchasing eligible Samsung television models, consumers are entitled to purchase a second product (soundbar or Music Frame audio system) at a 100% discount off its regular price. For the purchase of an eligible projector, the "The Freestyle 2nd generation," consumers are entitled to purchase a second product (portable battery) at a 100% discount, provided all items are purchased in a single fiscal receipt. Product availability is limited and may vary by store.

Products are sold as bundles. A bundle is defined as a combination of several products where the second product is offered under special sales conditions as outlined in section 2.1.

Information regarding these Rules and any changes to the promotion period or conditions can also be obtained by calling the information line 0 800 502 000 (calls from mobile and landline phones within Ukraine are free).

In case of early termination of the promotion, or any other changes or additions to the terms and conditions, notification will be published on the Site.

Other Conditions

• The promotion is not a game of chance and cannot be used as such under any circumstances.
• In cases of ambiguous interpretation of the Rules or issues not covered by these Rules, the Organizer's decision will be final and made in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
• If circumstances arise that prevent the promotion from being conducted (e.g., internet network malfunctions or failures), the Organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or completely terminate the promotion.
• By participating in the promotion, the consumer (participant) confirms they have read and unconditionally agree to these Rules.
• The Organizer of the promotion is "Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company" LLC (01032, Kyiv, Lva Tolstogo St., 57).
• The Organizer reserves the right to involve third parties in the promotion and to make changes or post additional information about the promotion.
