Preparation For Use
Step 1: Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Ensure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. This is crucial for establishing a connection between your smart phone, the Wi-Fi router, and the Smart Gateway.

Adding Devices
Step 2: Download and Open the App
Download the relevant application from your device's App Store by searching for it or scanning the QR code provided on the product packaging or manual. If this is your first time using the app, please tap "Register" to create an account. If you already have an account, click the "Login" button.
Step 3: Add Gateway
- Connect the gateway to power. Confirm that the LED indicator on the gateway is blinking red. If the indicator is not blinking red, press and hold the reset button until it blinks red.
- Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that it is connected to your home router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Both the mobile phone and the gateway should be on the same local area network.
- Open the app. The gateway should be found automatically. Tap "Add". If the gateway is not found automatically, tap the "+" button in the upper right corner of the screen. Select "Gateway Control" from the left menu, then choose "Multi-mode Gateway". Press the function button on the gateway until the LED indicator blinks, and then follow the on-screen instructions in the app.
Step 4: Confirmation
Once the device has been added successfully, you will be able to find it on the "My Home" page within the app.
