Preparation for Use
Step 1: Wi-Fi Connection
Ensure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It is crucial that your smartphone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the Multi-mode Gateway to establish an effective connection between the two devices.

Step 2: Download and Open the App
Download the relevant application by searching for it in the App Store or by scanning the QR code provided on the product packaging or manual. If this is your first time using the app, tap "Register" to create an account. If you already have an account, click the "Login" button.

Network Settings & Adding Device
Connect the gateway to power. Verify that the LED indicator is blinking purple. If the indicator is in a different state, press and hold the function button until the purple indicator blinks. For the PRO version, the LED indicator is blue.
Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that it is connected to your home router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. This ensures your phone and the gateway are on the same local area network.
Open the app. The gateway should be detected automatically; click "Add". If the gateway is not found, tap the "+" button in the upper right corner of the screen, select "Gateway Control" from the left menu bar, and choose "Multi-mode Gateway". Press the function button until the LED indicator blinks, then follow the on-screen instructions within the app.

Once the device has been successfully added, you will find it listed on the "My Home" page within the app.
