Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Main Frame Sides and Runners
Take side panel (2) and attach base panel (7) and back panel (8) using cam lock screws (A), cam locks (B), wooden dowels (C), and connectors (J). Repeat for the other side panel (3). Install drawer runners (11) onto the inside surfaces of side panels (2) and (3) using wood screws (E). Ensure correct orientation as per diagram.
Step 2: Assemble Drawer Boxes
Construct four drawer boxes. Connect drawer side panels (9, 10) to the drawer back panel (6) using wood screws (D). Slide the drawer base panel (5) into the pre-cut grooves on the side and back panels.
Step 3: Attach Drawer Runners and Drawer Fronts
Attach the corresponding drawer runner components (12) to the sides of the assembled drawer boxes using wood screws (D). Attach the drawer front panels (13) to the front of the drawer boxes. Secure them using cam lock screws (A) inserted into the drawer box, and cam locks (B) inserted into the drawer front, tightened to lock. Use wooden dowels (C) for alignment.
Step 4: Connect Frame and Attach Top Panel
Connect the two assembled side panels (from Step 1) to the base panel (7) and back panel (8). Place the top panel (1) onto the assembled frame. Secure it to the side panels using cam lock screws (A) and cam locks (B), and wooden dowels (C).
Step 5: Insert Drawers
Carefully slide the assembled drawers into the corresponding runners installed on the main unit frame. Ensure they slide smoothly.
Step 6: Attach Handles
Attach the handles (F-1/F-2 or G-1/G-2) to the drawer front panels (13). Use handle screws (F or H) inserted from the inside of the drawer front.
Step 7: Wall Mounting (Recommended for Safety)
For enhanced stability and safety, it is highly recommended to secure the unit to a wall. Use the provided wall mounting hardware (I, I-1, I-2, I-3) to fasten the unit to the wall. Follow the specific instructions for your wall type to ensure a secure attachment. This typically involves drilling into the wall and using appropriate anchors.
Step 8: Final Assembly Complete
Your assembly is now complete. The unit is ready for use.
