DANGER: In case of gas leakage
- Stop using the hob immediately.
- Turn off the gas valve.
- Open windows and doors.
- Contact the local gas company.
Do not:
- Do not ignite any fire.
- Do not turn on any electrical appliance.
- Do not touch power plugs.
- Do not use telephones nearby.
Flame sparks can lead to fire. Turn off the gas valve.
In case of burning smell, gas smell, earthquake, or fire:
- Turn the knob to the OFF position.
- Turn off the gas valve.
- Contact the after-sale service department immediately.
These steps are to avoid fire or faults.
Gas Type:
Please use the right type of gas according to the rating label. Using other types of gas may lead to hob damage or fire.
General Safety Advice:
- To install, repair, or move a gas appliance, it must be carried out by the service department or a registered gas installer. Failure to do so may result in damage for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Any repair or disassembly must be carried out by registered technical personnel.
- Must use the specified gas pipe.
- Keep any easy-burned items (clothes, newspaper, coal oil) away from the hob.
- Do not place any spray containers near the hob, as it may lead to fire.
- Do not use coal oil, gas oil, or other flammable/explosive products near the hob.
Attention Points
- Placement: Ensure at least 400mm height clearance between the hob bottom and the cupboard. The space must not be sealed and should have a hole of at least 0.2 square meters.
- Clearance: Maintain a distance of at least 150mm from walls and 1mm from above the hob.
- Gas Container: The gas container must not be placed directly below the hob. The gas pipe should not exceed 2 meters in length and should be kept at least 1 meter away from the gas container. Ensure the pipe does not reach other parts of the hob.
- Burner & Trivet: Ensure the burner and trivet are placed in the correct positions before use.
- Ventilation: Keep the kitchen well-ventilated, but avoid direct strong wind blowing onto the burner.
- Hot Surfaces: Do not touch the trivet and burner immediately after use, as they will be very hot.
- Shutting Down: Turn the knob to OFF and turn off the gas valve after use. Remember to turn off the gas supply when going out or sleeping.
Advice: Check the condition of the gas pipe regularly and replace it every two years.

Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Cupboard Preparation: Open the required holes in the cupboard according to the provided instruction paper. (Refer to Diagram 3).
- Gas Pipe Installation:
- For Plastic Tubes: Apply airproof caution, connect the tube to the hob connector, and fasten the clip securely. (Refer to Diagram 4).
- For Metal Tubes: Apply airproof caution and fasten the nuts on the connection. (Refer to Diagram 5).
- Hob Placement: Position the hob in the prepared hole on the cupboard. Ensure it is installed level. The bottom edge of the top plate should be properly sealed.
- Leakage Check: Turn on the gas valve. Apply soapy water to all connections. If air bubbles appear, it indicates a gas leakage, and the connection needs to be reinstalled.
Direction for Use
Your ignition safety hob is equipped with a flame failure protection device. This device automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame is accidentally extinguished by wind or spilled liquid.
- Battery Installation: Insert the battery correctly into the battery case located at the bottom of the hob.
- Gas Supply: Turn on the main gas valve.
- Ignition: Turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the full ON position (approximately 90 degrees). You will hear continuous sparking. The burner should ignite. Keep the knob pressed for 5-8 seconds after ignition before releasing your hand.
- Flame Adjustment: You can select one of five different flame levels by turning the control knob.
- Turning Off: Turn the control knob clockwise to the OFF position. The gas supply will be cut off, and the flame will extinguish.
Notes:
- For newly installed hobs or hobs not used for some time, it may take a few attempts to ignite due to air in the gas line. Repeat the ignition process until the air is purged.
- If the flame appears yellowish or uneven, adjust the damper located at the bottom of the hob to achieve a normal flame. (Refer to Diagram 6 for damper adjustment).

Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential for the proper functioning of your hob.
- Keep burner caps and gas flow openings clear of debris.
- Ensure the electrode and thermocouple are clean.
- Before cleaning, shut off the gas supply and allow all parts to cool down completely.
- Wash burner caps, burners, electrodes, thermocouples, and trivets with a mild detergent. Use a steel wire brush to remove stubborn dirt from burner caps. For the top plate, use a sponge brush with mild detergent; avoid using sharp or hard brushes.
- Check the gas tube frequently and replace it with a new one every two years.
