Useful Tips

ArticleWarningReason
1Not suitable for ice cubes.Ice cubes are too hard and can damage the press parts.
2Ingredients with long fibers should be cut into manageable sizes.Food with long fibers tends to become entangled and block the spout.
3It is recommended to use only a few ingredients at once, such as tough, fibrous, overly soft or moderately soft or starchy fruits and vegetables. They have the potential to clog the stainless steel juicer filter.
4Remember to remove the peel, seeds and pips from fruit.Hard kernels or seeds can damage the pressing parts, and peels can block the fruit pulp outlet.
5Do not use any other accessories to press the fruit. Use only the supplied pusher. The use of unsuitable tools such as pusher can damage the juicer and cause injury.
6Each juicing cycle should not exceed 15 minutes.Continuous operation beyond the recommended time can damage the motor.
7Never insert a spoon or chopsticks into the opening of the chute, the juice and pulp outlets. It can cause commercial clogging and damage the juicer.

Important notes:

  1. This appliance is intended for domestic use only.
  2. Commercial users are not covered by the standard warranty according to the warranty conditions.
  3. Foam often forms when juicing fruit and is typically caused by natural components of the fruit (such as saponins) and air introduced during blending. While foam is unavoidable, it does not affect the taste or nutritional value of the juice.
  4. The working mechanism of the juicer is based on the low-temperature screw press technology, which squeezes fruit over a large area, similar to squeezing a towel, to slowly squeeze out the juice without damaging the cells. The juice is squeezed out slowly without damaging the cell structure of the fruit and preserving the nutrients.
  5. During operation, the motor must drive the auger to squeeze the food, so the cup may wobble slightly on the base. Cup may wobble slightly on the base when processing hard foods. This is a normal process as more pressure is needed to press.
