Lamborghini Super Trofeo Supplementary Regulations

• Driver Deadline/Fee: CoB Tue., Jun. 3. Until close of Sporting Checks (Art. 11.2), an expediting fee is charged. No applications (or related documents) processed after close of Sporting Checks (Art. 11.2) except per Art. 3.7.2.
• Event Confirmations: Event Confirmation Declarations must be submitted via MERG no later than 4pm Mon., Jun. 9. $500 is charged for late Declarations or Driver changes made after this deadline until the close of Sporting Checks. Driver changes after close of Sporting Checks per Art. 3.7.2 and Art. 11.2.1.Α.
• Fuel Schedule: The VP depot is planned for the north Paddock, east of the garages. VP will deliver fuel to each Team's pit box prior to the Event load-in. To redirect delivery to the Team's garage, please contact VP in advance of the Event.
• Driver/TM Briefing: Briefing distributed Jun. 19. IWSC HV Operating Protocol Review: The following must attend: GTP OEM HV Safety Officers, GTP Team HV Safety Officers, FZ, Bosch, Xtrac.
• Track Walk: The Track Walk is for Credential Holders Only. Walk Only. Must not embark later than 45 minutes remaining.

• Pit Vehicles: Pit vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver 18 years or older. 10 MPH speed limit in Paddock and pit areas. Motorized support vehicles operated outside of the garage, pit and Paddock areas and the Driver/Owner Lot must have either a single-event or annual permit issued by International Speedway Corporation (ISC). • False Grid: On the road leading to pit lane entrance.
• Spotter Information: Spotter pass stickers required and available from the Administrator in respective Series Tech trailer. Locations: Tower driver's left in the Esses; driver's left end of back straight; on top of Race Control.
• Beacon Location: Driver's Right, Start/Finish
• Facility Restrictions: TBC
• Additional Trailers: Teams planning to bring trailers outside the permitted Paddock allowance per IMSA regulations may be granted a limited timeframe to access the Paddock for the sole purpose of offloading equipment. The exact timing of this movement will be determined and communicated by IMSA Logistics. Any equipment offloaded during this period must remain unused and not be set up until the official setup time for each Series has begun. Once offloading is complete, these trailers must immediately exit the Paddock and relocate to a designated parking location assigned by IMSA. This location is outside the Paddock and may remain inaccessible until the conclusion of the Event. At that time, the trailers may re-enter the area to reload. Teams intending to bring additional trailers must notify IMSA Logistics and their respective Series Manager no later than EoD Thu., Jun. 12. This notice must include specific details about the truck and trailer, such as type, size, and color.
• Industry/Mfg./Supplier: Load-In per Official Schedule and SR. Transporters must not move in Paddock until 6:15 pm, Sat., Jun. 21. Transporters must not move in Paddock from 6:00 am until 7:30 pm, Sun., Jun. 22. Any prior movement is subject to penalty. All transporters must vacate Paddock by 11:00 pm, Sun., Jun. 22.
• Parking Procedure: Through Sat., Jun. 22, IMSA annual parking passes are only permitted at Gate 5 and are not valid for parking inside the facility. Gate 5 is closed from 12:00 am to 5:30 am, must call WGI security for after-hours access. On Sun., Jun. 23 only, IMSA annual parking passes are permitted for parking inside the facility based on availability. Infield parking passes for track-designated lots are allocated as follows: Two (2) ea. per entered IWSC Car, two (2) ea. per entered IMPC Car and one (1) ea. per entered LST and PCCNA Car. Violators towed at owner/ operator's expense. Only credentialed personnel with proper parking passes are permitted to enter Gate 2 and park in the designated competitor parking areas. Infield parking in track-designated lots may be available for purchase from the WGI main ticket office or at Gate 2.
• Stayover: IWSC Teams can request to stayover, in their assigned north Paddock locations, on Mon., Jun. 23 and Tue., Jun. 24. A Team approved to stayover must vacate the Paddock by 3:00 pm, Tue., Jun 24. 1. Exit track onto Pit Lane and proceed down Pit Lane
2. Proceed to Paddock Access Road, continuing to Grand Prix Rd
3. Enter Series Paddock
