Facility Restrictions
Garages
Allowed: End-cap boards, shelves for monitors, tile, cabinets, wall systems, wall graphics, removal of IMS work benches. Overhead Team signboards provided. Recommended vendor: Sport Graphics (Brian McKee, bmckee@sportg.com). Trackside Garages: equipment and EZ-Ups in front. A/B/C Garages: equipment storage between garage and white line (no pop-ups except Autograph Session). Fire lanes must be clear. IWSC Teams: single EZ-Up outside garage (Paddock side) during Autograph Session.
Prohibited: Painting floors/walls, decals/wraps, buildouts outside garages, covering circuit breaker box, modifying lights/fans, EZ-Ups against pit lane fence or in A/B/C garages. Garage layouts require approval by Jason Penix (jpenix@brickyard.com).
Pit Lane
Prohibited: Logo/branding on trench wall. Allowed: Branding of designated pit boxes and pit walls.
