Product Overview

The Yeelight Crystal Pendant Light is a modern smart lighting fixture designed for home use. The package contains the following:

• Lamp Body
• Ceiling Plate
• Power Cable
• Wire Ropes (for height adjustment)
• Mounting Hardware: 2x Wall Anchors, 2x Self-tapping Screws

The design includes a main light source and an ambient light strip.

Installation Instructions

1. Hole Boring

1. Carefully unpack the light and all accessories.
2. Identify the desired installation location on the ceiling.
3. Drill two holes using an 8mm electric drill (ensure a drilling depth of at least 40mm) and insert the wall anchors into the holes.

2. Backboard Fixation

1. Screw one self-tapping screw into a wall anchor, leaving a clearance of approximately 3-5mm. Do not tighten fully yet.
2. Thread the power cable out through the opening in the ceiling plate. Adjust the ceiling plate's position so that its screw holes align with the drilled holes in the ceiling.
3. Insert the partially screwed-in self-tapping screw into the wider part of the screw hole on the ceiling plate and then tighten it into the narrower section to secure the plate.
4. Screw the second self-tapping screw into the other hole and tighten it to firmly fix the ceiling plate.

⚠️ Please double-check that the ceiling plate is securely fastened to prevent it from falling.

3. Wiring

1. Strip the ends of the power cable to approximately 6-8mm.
2. Connect the wires: Zero line to terminal N, Live line to terminal L, and the Grounding line to the [ground] terminal. Securely tighten the screws on the wiring terminals.

⚠️ Grounding is essential for safety!

⚠️ Always disconnect the power supply before disassembling or servicing the product.

4. Ceiling Plate Installation

1. Adjust the length of the power cable according to the desired hanging height of the wire ropes. The excess cable can be neatly stored within the ceiling plate.
2. Attach and fasten the cover of the ceiling plate.
3. Secure the wire ropes by screwing the nuts of the wire ropes into the cover of the ceiling plate.

5. Lamp Body Installation

1. Connect the two wire ropes to the lamp body and adjust their lengths freely to achieve the desired suspension.
2. Insert the power cable into the designated connector on the lamp body.
3. Verify that the lamp body hangs straight. If not, adjust the wire rope lengths by pressing the rings on the rope ends to ensure they are all at the same level.

Yeelight App Integration

Install the Yeelight App

1. Download the Yeelight App from your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
2. Turn on the light, open the Yeelight App, and follow the on-screen instructions to establish a connection between the app and the light.

⚠️ Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi network connection for optimal performance.

This pendant light is also compatible with the Yeelight Bluetooth Remote Control.

Smart Home Control

Link Yeelight Device with Google Assistant

Add the Yeelight service to your Google Assistant app to enable voice control for your Yeelight devices.

1. Open the Google Assistant app, tap the [menu] icon, search for "Yeelight", tap "Link", and sign in using your Yeelight account credentials.
2. Navigate to Settings > Home control, tap the [add] icon to add a device, and follow the guided instructions.

Once your accounts are successfully linked, you can control the Yeelight device using Google Assistant commands.

Link Yeelight Device with Amazon Alexa

Activate the Yeelight Skill in the Amazon Alexa app to control your Yeelight devices with Alexa.

1. Open the Amazon Alexa app, tap "Skills & Games", search for "Yeelight", select the correct skill, and tap "Enable". Sign in with your Yeelight account.
2. After successfully linking your accounts, tap "Discover Devices" to add the Yeelight product and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once linked, your Yeelight device can be controlled via Amazon Alexa.

Resetting to Factory Settings

To reset the light to its factory default settings, turn the physical light switch on and off five times. Ensure each on/off cycle lasts approximately 2 seconds. The light will reset after a 5-second pause.

⚠️ If you need to connect the pendant light to a new Wi-Fi network, perform a factory reset before attempting the new connection.

Safety Precautions

1. Verify that the voltage used matches the product's specified voltage to prevent damage and ensure safety.
2. The light source in this luminaire is not user-replaceable. Replacement must be performed by the manufacturer, their authorized service agent, or a similarly qualified professional.
3. The light generates heat during operation; ensure adequate ventilation. Note that the power is not completely cut off when the light is turned off using the Yeelight remote control or the Yeelight App.
4. Under such conditions, do not touch, replace, or disassemble the light. Failure to comply may result in electric shock, injury, or even fatal consequences.
5. It is advised not to install the pendant light in a location where the light source is within 38cm of direct sight.
6. Always disconnect the power supply before commencing installation. Strictly adhere to all installation instructions to prevent fire, electric shock, falling components, or other accidents.
