Operating Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Pipe

Insert the pipe into the open jaws of the pressing tool. Close the jaws to prepare the pipe end.

Step 2: Insert Fitting and Press

Insert the fitting onto the prepared pipe end. Position the pressing tool's jaws around the fitting and pipe. Activate the tool's lever mechanism to create the press connection.

Step 3: Perform Pressing

Ensure the pressing tool is fully engaged with the fitting. Activate the lever to complete the pressing cycle. The tool will indicate completion.

Step 4: Verify Connection

Visually inspect the press connection. A correct connection will appear uniform and properly formed. An incorrect connection may show unevenness or gaps. ?️ ✔️ ❌

Step 5: Handling Various Diameters

Follow specific procedures for different pipe diameters, such as d16+20 and d26, ensuring the tool is correctly aligned and operated for each size.

Step 6: Releasing Mistaken Presses

To release a mistaken pressing operation, insert the tool's release mechanism into the designated slot on the pressing tool and activate it as shown in the diagram. This will disengage the press. This procedure is detailed in multiple languages within the manual.
