Assembly Instructions
Important Note
NOTE! Silicone is not included. In order to prevent water from penetrating into the countertop in case of leakage, the cut edges must be sealed with silicone.

Dimensions of the wash-basin: 420 mm (width) x 460 mm (depth). Height of the basin edge: 120 mm. Cut-out depth: 50 mm.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Cabinet Placement
Ensure the cabinet is suitable for the wash-basin. Recommended minimum cabinet widths are:
- 1200 mm (47 1/4")
- 800 mm (31 1/2")
- 600 mm (23 7/8")
- 800 mm (31 1/2")
Mark the positions 'X' on the cabinet top for the wash-basin placement.
Step 2: Prepare for Drilling
Prepare to drill holes as indicated.
Step 3: Drilling
Drill the necessary holes into the cabinet top using a drill [drill].
Step 4: Cutting/Fitting
Use a saw [saw] to cut or adjust openings as needed.
Step 5: Sealing Edges
Apply silicone sealant to the cut edges of the countertop and the underside of the wash-basin rim to prevent water ingress.
Step 6: Applying Sealant to Basin
Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the underside rim of the wash-basin using a sealant gun [sealant gun].
Step 7: Placing the Wash-basin
Carefully place the wash-basin into the prepared opening on the cabinet, aligning it correctly.
Step 8: Final Sealing and Curing
Apply a final bead of silicone sealant around the top edge of the wash-basin where it meets the countertop. Allow the sealant to cure for at least 3 hours [clock].
Step 9: Drain Pipe Preparation
Measure and cut the drain pipe to the required length, approximately 10 mm (3/8") shorter than needed for a snug fit.
Step 10: Drain Assembly - Part 1
Insert the rubber seal into the drain outlet of the wash-basin.
Step 11: Drain Assembly - Part 2
Connect the first section of the drain pipe to the wash-basin outlet.
Step 12: Drain Assembly - Part 3
Assemble the drain pipe sections, ensuring seals are correctly placed. Avoid incorrect assembly as shown in the diagram [incorrect assembly].
Step 13: Drain Assembly - Part 4
Insert the rubber seal into the drain pipe connection.
Step 14: Drain Assembly - Part 5
Connect the drain pipe sections, ensuring seals are properly seated. Avoid incorrect connections [incorrect assembly].
Step 15: Final Drain Connection
Connect the assembled drain pipe to the wash-basin drain fitting. Ensure all parts (10046279, 10044928, 10097231, 10097279, 10097281) are correctly attached.
