1 System Connection

Before you start:

Steps:

  1. Connect Cameras to NVR box using the provided CAT5e Ethernet Cable. The system is PoE (Power over Ethernet), meaning the camera receives power and data through the Ethernet cable, requiring no additional power supply.
  2. After routing and connecting cables, use the waterproof tapes to wrap up the cables. Ensure both connected and spare cables are properly wrapped.
  3. Connect the NVR box to a monitor using the provided HDMI cable. Ensure the monitor resolution is above 1080P for proper functionality. If the Hiseeu logo appears and then the screen goes black, right-click and hold the mouse for over 10 seconds to reboot the NVR with the lowest resolution (1024x768).
  4. Connect the NVR's mouse and power adapter. Turn on the NVR by pressing the switch button. Ensure all connections are secure.
  5. Connect the NVR box to your network using the provided Ethernet cable.
    • Tips:
    • The system can operate without internet for local monitoring only.
    • Internet is required for remote access via the APP or PC Client.

    • Tips:
    • If you do not wish to set a "Safety Question", press the "Esc" button on the NVR front panel to skip.
    • If you forget your password, you can reset it by answering the safety question or via the APP.
