Assembly Diagram Description
An exploded view illustrates the towbar assembly components. Item A is the TLAN12 Crossmember. Items B are the Handed Side Arms. Item C is the Extension piece. Fasteners include various bolts (Items D, E, F, G, H, J) and washers (Items K, L), along with a spacer tube (Item M). The diagram shows how these parts connect to the vehicle chassis and each other, with dashed lines indicating assembly paths and labels (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M) identifying each part and fastener. For example, Item B is shown attaching to the chassis member with Items E and K. Item A attaches to the rear panel with Items F and K, and then Items B are fixed to Item A using Items G and L. Item C attaches to Item A using Items H, J, L, and M. Item D is used to attach a ball bracket and wiring plate to Item C.
Bumper Cut Details
This diagram shows the dimensions required for cutting the rear bumper. It indicates a cut section with specific measurements: 45mm from one edge, a central section of 140mm, and another 45mm from the opposite edge. A dimension of 90mm is also indicated, likely relating to the position or depth of the cut. The diagram shows a shaded area representing the part of the bumper to be removed or modified.
