Installation Instructions
- Remove bumper (four screws around each wheel arch, one screw each side on the lower edge). Remove the lights and remove the two screws. Remove the steel bumper beam (this is not re-fitted).
- Locate the two holes each side in the outside face of each chassis (these are covered with tape).
- Locate item B into the open ends of each chassis and using item D with item F loosely bolt item B into place.
- Using item E with item G bolt item A to item B.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the towbar is rigid and secure.
- Mark out two slots in the lower edge of the bumper (see sketch) and carefully remove.
- Re-fit bumper.
- Using item C bolt the ball bracket and wiring plate (not supplied in this kit) to the mounting plate.
