Promotion Specific Conditions

1. Object: Purchase any product from the "Audio and Video" category listed in section 3 from a Participating Authorized Store to receive one (1) HW-B750F/ZL Soundbar (the "BENEFIT").

1. Access the online channels of Participating Authorized Stores.
2. Add the desired PRODUCT to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. The store will redirect you to the BENEFIT page.
5. Select the BENEFIT and click "continue" to add it to your cart.
6. Verify that both the PRODUCT and BENEFIT are in your cart and the final price reflects the promotion.
7. Complete the purchase process.

6. Special Conditions for the BENEFIT:

• This PROMOTION cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
• The BENEFIT is only applied if the customer selects and accepts the BENEFIT product.
• The BENEFIT can be redeemed only once per customer.
• The BENEFIT must be purchased in a single transaction, with a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of four (4) eligible PRODUCTS.

General Promotion Conditions

• Participation implies full acceptance of these T&C.
• Participating Authorized Stores set their own prices and may determine specific sales points for the promotion.
• For online channels, delivery and shipping conditions are determined by each Participating Authorized Store. Customers should contact the store for details.
• If the BENEFIT is available in multiple colors, the color provided will be based on availability.
• The promotion ends if all units are depleted before the stated end date.
• Warranty for PRODUCTS and BENEFITS is provided by Samsung or the respective manufacturer.
• If a customer exercises their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT, they must also return the BENEFIT if it has already been delivered. Withdrawal conditions are subject to law and store policies.
• The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, or any other benefit not described herein.
• Samsung reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to these T&C at any time. Updates will be posted on https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/ and will be considered notification to customers.
• Samsung and Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the promotion and its products/benefits. Claims should be directed to Samsung's Call Center, WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or the customer service channels of the Participating Authorized Stores.
