Available Units: 1089 units of eligible PRODUCTS and BENEFITS across all references and participating Authorized Stores.

Customers
Customers are individuals aged 18 and over, and legal entities.
Mechanics
Customers can access the Promotion by purchasing eligible PRODUCTS through participating online and physical Authorized Stores within the Promotion dates, using any payment method accepted by the Authorized Store.
Special Benefit Conditions
- The Benefit is cumulative with other ongoing promotions.
- The quantity of units available for the Benefit matches the quantity of PRODUCTS available.
- Customers can redeem the Benefit based on the number of PRODUCTS purchased, regardless of the number of transactions, at Participating Authorized Stores.
- If the Authorized Participating Store is an online channel, the Benefit will be delivered provided the customer has not exercised their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT.
Obtaining the Benefit
- Benefits can only be received in Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, and Colpatria accounts.
- Customers must contact Samsung via WhatsApp at +57 3045977569 between Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays) to initiate the cashback process. Contact after the specified date will result in forfeiture of the Benefit.
- The Benefit will be delivered within 20 business days after information validation.
- During the WhatsApp conversation, customers must:
- Accept Samsung's personal data protection policy.
- Provide their full name, address, email, and phone number (associated with the account for reimbursement).
- If not using Nequi or DaviPlata, provide an authorization letter for a third-party account, including the third party's full name, ID, and account details, signed by both parties, along with copies of their IDs.
- Provide a clear photo of the purchase invoice, including the customer's name, and a copy of their identification document. For legal entities, a commercial registry certificate (not older than 30 days) is also required.
- Provide a photo of the product's sticker with the serial number.
- The advisor will validate the purchase invoice and product details. If confirmed, the customer will be asked to provide their preferred account (Nequi, DaviPlata, Grupo Aval, or Colpatria) for the Benefit.
- Customers have until June 20, 2025, to correct any account data provided via WhatsApp.
- If the product is not received by June 20, 2025, customers must inform Samsung via WhatsApp and will have until June 27, 2025, to submit all required documents. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Benefit. Once the product is received, the serial number sticker must be sent to complete the cashback request.
- If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT, they will not receive the BENEFIT.
- Samsung and Authorized Stores are not responsible for incomplete or erroneous information provided via WhatsApp.
General Promotion Conditions
- By participating, customers agree to all T&C.
- Prices and participating stores are determined at the discretion of each Authorized Store.
- For online channel participation, Authorized Stores will determine delivery conditions. Customers should contact the store for details before purchasing.
- If the Benefit is a product available in multiple colors, the Authorized Store will provide the product in the available color.
- The Promotion ends if available units are depleted before the indicated dates.
- Product warranties are provided by Samsung, unless a different producer is specified.
- If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the PRODUCT and the BENEFIT (if already delivered).
- The Benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, credit/debit card payments, or any other benefit not described in the T&C.
- Samsung reserves the right to modify or clarify the T&C at any time. Updates will be published on www.samsung.com/co/offer.
- Samsung and Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the Promotion and PRODUCTS/BENEFITS. Claims should be directed to Samsung's Call Center or WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each Authorized Store.
- Samsung is committed to protecting customer information for online channel participants, using various security technologies.
- For stores other than Samsung's online channel, the respective Authorized Store is responsible for personal data protection policies. Samsung acts as a data processor.
- These T&C comply with Colombian laws.
