Product Overview

The BIGBIG WON CHOCO is a wireless game controller designed for various platforms including Switch, Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS. It offers advanced features such as programmable back buttons, turbo functionality, macro recording, and stick calibration.

APP Download

This controller supports real-time parameter adjustment and firmware upgrades via a smartphone app. Apple users can search for "墨将アシスタント" (Mo Jiang Assistant) on the App Store. Power On/Off

Press and hold the Home button for 3 seconds to turn the controller on or off.

Connectivity

The controller supports two connection methods: Bluetooth wireless and wired connection.

Bluetooth Wireless Connection:

Turn on the controller and press and hold the pairing button on the top for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The indicator lamp will flash rapidly. Upon successful connection, the controller's indicator lamp will remain lit. If indicator lamp 1 is lit, it indicates a normal connection. If lamps 2 or 3 are also lit, it indicates the controller is connected as the second or third device.

Wired Connection:

Connect the controller using the USB Type-C cable to your console. The wired connection is now complete.

Note: The controller supports both Switch and Xinput modes. It defaults to Switch mode. For wired connection on Switch, ensure "Settings - Controllers and Sensors - Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled.

Mode Switching

The CHOCO controller supports Xinput and Switch modes. After connecting to a console, switch to the appropriate mode:

• Switch Mode: Press and hold A + HOME for 3 seconds. Indicator lamp 1 will turn red.
• Xinput Mode: Press and hold B + HOME for 3 seconds. Indicator lamp 1 will turn green.

Note: When connecting to iOS or Android via Bluetooth wireless, use Xinput mode.

Button Mapping

The CHOCO features two programmable back buttons (M1/M2) for custom mapping.

• Set Remapping: Press FN + (M1/M2). The FN indicator will breathe green, indicating mapping mode. Press the desired front button again, and the FN indicator will double-flash green upon successful mapping.
• Cancel Remapping: Press and hold the button to cancel mapping (M1/M2) while double-clicking the FN button. The FN indicator will double-flash green, indicating successful cancellation.

APP: Simple settings allow remapping of other buttons to the back buttons (M1/M2). The app provides full button remapping capabilities.

Turbo Function

The controller supports turbo settings for 8 buttons: A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR.

• Set Turbo: Press FN + "Set Button". The FN indicator will flash orange, indicating turbo is active. The FN indicator's flashing frequency will correspond to the turbo speed.
• Cancel Turbo: Press and hold the button to cancel turbo while double-clicking the FN button. The FN indicator will double-flash orange upon successful cancellation.
• Turbo Frequency: Press FN + Left Arrow to cycle through 5/s, 10/s, and 20/s frequencies. The default is 5/s.

APP: Simple settings support turbo for A/B/X/Y/L/R/ZL/ZR. The app allows turbo settings for all buttons.

Macro Function

The controller supports macro recording. You can bind macro sets to the back buttons (M1/M2). Supported buttons for recording include A/B/X/Y, D-pad directions, L/R/ZL/ZR, RS/LS, and joystick directions (8 directions).

• Record Macro: Press and hold FN + (M1/M2) for 3 seconds. The FN indicator will breathe blue, indicating recording mode. Press buttons to record your actions. Press FN again to finish recording. The FN indicator will double-flash blue upon completion. During macro playback, the FN indicator will remain blue.
• Cancel Macro: Press and hold the button to cancel macro (M1/M2) while double-clicking the FN button. The FN indicator will double-flash blue, indicating successful cancellation.

APP: The app allows detailed editing of duration and interval times for each macro step. It also supports saving multiple macro sets, while simple settings only support basic macro recording.

Stick Dead Zone Adjustment

The controller has a factory-set joystick dead zone. Users requiring zero dead zone can press FN + Left/Right Joystick down (LS/RS) to switch between 0/10 dead zone modes.

Note: Zero dead zone offers higher precision but may cause drift in games without dead zone support.

APP: Shortcut settings support switching between 0/10 dead zone modes. The app allows finer adjustments to dead zones and other settings like joystick curves and dead zone compensation.

Analog Stick Calibration

The controller features real-time analog stick calibration by comparing the center point of each stick operation. This technology helps equalize drift in all directions. Physical drift in zero dead zone mode cannot be avoided.

Manual Calibration: If the stick drifts significantly or you haven't pressed the maximum value, perform manual calibration:

1. Press and hold the [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The FN indicator will breathe orange, indicating calibration mode.
2. Push the analog sticks to their limits in each direction (up, down, left, right) and rotate them at a constant speed 3-5 times.
3. Briefly press the [+] and [-] buttons again. The FN indicator will double-flash orange and then turn off, indicating calibration is complete.

Gyro Calibration

If the controller's gyro drifts, perform the following calibration:

1. Place the controller on a horizontal surface. Press and hold the [+] button and the "Screenshot" button simultaneously. The FN indicator will breathe purple, indicating calibration mode.
2. Wait a moment, and the FN indicator will double-flash purple, indicating calibration is complete.

Vibration Adjustment

The controller supports four levels of vibration adjustment:

• Press FN + Right Arrow to cycle through vibration modes: Strong, Medium, Weak, and Off.

Battery Information

• Low Battery: The FN indicator will flash slowly red when the battery is low.
• Charging: When powered on, the FN indicator will breathe red while charging. It will return to its normal state when fully charged.

Controller Reset

If the controller's settings or functions are abnormal, reset it by pressing and holding the Home button for 10 seconds. The controller will vibrate to confirm a successful reset.
