01. Parts Identification

The controller features a top layout with shoulder buttons and triggers: [LT Button], [RT Button], [M1 Button], [M2 Button], [M3 Button], [M4 Button]. The main body includes action buttons ([A Button]/[B Button]/[X Button]/[Y Button]), joysticks ([LS] Left Joystick, [RS] Right Joystick), directional buttons (Cross Button), shoulder buttons ([LB], [RB]), and function buttons like [FN Key], [Macro Record Button], [Turbo Button], [Auxiliary Light Button], [Video Button], [Screenshot Button], [Menu Button], and the [Home Button] and [Pairing Key] on the front. A Type-C cable port is located at the top, and a 3.5mm audio port is at the bottom.

02. BIGBIG WON Support APP

This controller supports real-time data control via the BIGBIG WON Support APP. You can also control data through shortcut settings without the APP. The BIGBIG WON Support APP allows for more detailed control over the controller's lighting effects, motion sensor, joysticks, triggers, buttons, macros, etc., offering more granular visual control compared to shortcut settings. You can save settings for multiple controllers simultaneously and create lists of settings for quick application.

Note: If you apply settings using the APP and then use shortcut settings, the settings may change and not match the existing setting list. When the APP is reopened, it will scan the controller's settings, creating a setting named "Unnamed".

03. Power On/Off

Press and hold the [Home Button] for 3 seconds to turn the controller on or off.

04. Connection

This controller has three connection methods: 2.4G connection, Bluetooth connection, and wired connection, which connect as follows:

2.4G Connection:

The 2.4G receiver and controller are paired before shipment. After turning on the controller, plug the 2.4G receiver into the host to complete the connection. If the connection fails, re-pairing should be performed as follows:

  1. Once the receiver is inserted into the host, press and hold the receiver's button until the receiver's LED indicator flashes, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
  2. When the controller is on, press and hold the pairing key at the top for 3 seconds. The Home indicator light will flash, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
  3. After a short wait, if the receiver and controller's Home indicator lights remain constantly lit, pairing is successful.

Bluetooth Connection:

After the controller is powered on, press and hold the pairing button at the top for 3 seconds. The HOME indicator light will flash, initiating pairing. Upon successful connection, the HOME light will turn solid. (In Switch mode, which channel light turns on depends on the connection order of the controller to the console.)

Wired Connection:

After the controller is powered on, connect it to the host using a Type-C cable.

Note: This controller supports both Switch and Xinput modes. After connecting to the host, you must switch to the appropriate mode for it to function correctly. The default mode is Xinput.

Steam Platform:

In Steam software, navigate to "Settings - Controller - General Controller Settings" and select 'Xbox Configuration Support'. Otherwise, the controller may not be recognized in games.

Switch Platform:

After connecting to the Switch via wire, you must enable "Settings - Controllers and Sensors - Pro Controller Wired Communication".

05. Mode Switching

This controller supports both Switch and Xinput modes. After connecting, you must switch to the appropriate mode for proper operation. The setting method is as follows:

Note: To connect via Bluetooth to iOS and Android platforms, you must switch to Xinput mode.

06. Lamp Description

Inside the controller's transparent black case, fiber optics are hidden. You can customize the colors of the right and left lamps and set lighting effects such as gradient, breathing, and blinking via the APP.

  1. Double-click the [FN Key] to cycle through three modes: "Mode Lamp Effect", "Custom Lamp Effect", and "Off".
  2. The default is "Mode Lamp Effect". In this mode, the lamps share the same color as the Home indicator. For example: When switched to Switch mode, both the Home indicator and lamps will be red. When switched to Xinput mode, both the Home indicator and lamps will be green.
  3. The lamps also support APP custom lighting effects. If you modify the lighting effects using the APP, it will automatically switch to "Custom Lamp Effect Mode".

07. Button Mapping

This controller includes 4 programmable buttons that support button mapping:

08. Turbo Function

This controller supports button mapping for a total of 16 buttons, including A/B/X/Y, directional buttons (Up/Down/Right), LB/RB/LT/RT, and M1/M2/M3/M4.

09. Macro Recording

This controller features a macro recording function. Each macro set must be bound to a back button (M1/M2/M3/M4) as a trigger switch. Supported buttons for recording include A/B/X/Y, directional buttons (Up/Left/Left/Right), LB/RB/LT/RT, RS/LS, and the 8 directions of the joystick. The setup method is as follows:

10. Motion Sensor

This controller supports motion sensing. It uses the built-in gyro to sense data from the left and right joysticks, allowing for control over the user experience. Motion sensing is divided into three modes: "Left Joystick Full Sensor", "Right Joystick Full Sensor", and "Right Joystick Responsive Sensor". The operation methods are as follows:

APP: Shortcut settings can only turn motion sensing on or off. To enjoy a more diverse gaming experience, you need to set up different motion sensors in the APP according to various games. Therefore, the motion sensor function must be used in conjunction with the APP.

● To prevent conflicts affecting the experience, games native to the Switch platform that utilize their own sensors do not require separate activation of the motion sensor function.

11. Onboard Setting Switching

This controller supports onboard profiles.

12. Joystick Deadzone

This controller has a default joystick deadzone setting. If you do not require a 0 deadzone, you can set the center deadzone for the left and right joysticks separately within the APP.

Note: A 0 deadzone for the joystick offers high control accuracy, but drift may occur in games that do not have a deadzone.

13. Joystick Trigger Calibration

Calibration of the joysticks and triggers is necessary when severe stick drift occurs, when the maximum input cannot be reached, or when the trigger's auto-activation value does not reach its maximum linear value. The operation method is as follows:

  1. Press and hold the [View Button] + [Menu Button] simultaneously for 3 seconds. The border lamp will turn orange and flash slowly.
  2. First, push the joysticks to their limits and rotate them at a uniform speed 3-5 times.
  3. Press the [LT Button]/[RT Button] to their limits and release them 3-5 times.
  4. Finally, press and hold the [View Button] + [Menu Button] simultaneously. The border lamp will flash orange twice, indicating calibration is complete.

14. Gyro Calibration

Place the controller on a horizontal surface. Press the controller's [Menu Button] + [Screenshot Button]. The border lamp will turn purple and flash purple twice, indicating calibration is complete.

15. Audio

This controller supports audio input/output. Connect to the host using wired or 2.4G mode, then plug headphones with a microphone into the 3.5mm audio port at the bottom of the controller.

Press [FN Key] + [Up Arrow Key]/[Down Arrow Key] to adjust the volume on PC platforms.

16. Vibration Control

This controller features 4-level vibration control. The operation method is as follows:

Press [FN Key] + [Right Arrow Key] to adjust the vibration intensity of the trigger motors. It can be controlled in four modes: Strong, Medium, Weak, and Off.

17. Battery Description

When the battery is low, the lamps on both sides of the controller will flash 10 times at a frequency of 2 times per second, and an alert will sound every 5 minutes. After connecting the power supply, if the controller's lights flash red, it indicates charging mode. Wait until the battery is fully charged, and the charging indicator light turns off; the lamps will return to their normal state.

Charging Pad:

In standby mode, the pad has no lighting indication. After the controller contacts the pad, the controller's lamps will flash red, and the pad's RGB indicator will cycle through seven colors, indicating the controller is charging. When both the pad's RGB and the controller's indicator lights turn off, it signifies the controller's battery is fully charged.
