The Fibaro Flood Sensor is a versatile device, powered by battery or VDC (12 or 24V). It integrates with virtually any alarm system via its output terminal. The input terminal allows for connecting an external contact probe, enabling placement in areas with limited accessibility.

Dual Tamper Protection

It can be installed in hard-to-reach places and works in any location. If direct installation isn't ideal, a wired probe can be connected to detect leaks in the most probable locations. Opened Enclosure Alarm

You'll receive advanced warnings on your smartphone, allowing you to call for expert help promptly. (*In case of an alarm, immediate information about the flood goes to your phone and tablet.)

Difficult to Submerge

Designed for tough conditions, the sensor operates reliably from -10°C to 95°C. Its waterproof enclosure allows direct contact with liquid and prevents submersion, ensuring continuous communication and safety. (*By using the proper battery.)

Rapid Response

When a flooding threat is detected, the Fibaro System can automatically respond by closing the water supply to prevent damage. Coupling the Flood Sensor with a solenoid valve and a Fibaro Relay Switch ensures automatic shut-off of the water supply, creating a safer home and providing peace of mind. In-floor Heating Management

The integrated temperature sensor helps manage floor heating, ensuring optimal temperatures for comfort and energy efficiency. The Fibaro Home Center 2 can be used to maintain ideal temperatures. Did you know that a Fibaro Universal Sensor can be combined with a DS18B20 temperature sensor for under-floor mounting, even under concrete.

A Perfect Combination

Advanced device associations and extended scenes allow the Fibaro Home Center 2 Control Panel to take immediate, appropriate steps upon detecting flooding or fire. For example, it can shut off water valves, disconnect appliances, shut off gas valves, illuminate escape routes, and activate ventilation systems to remove smoke.
