Before Starting

Please read these instructions thoroughly before installation and keep them for future reference. Exercise extreme care when dealing with electrical equipment.

Important Notes

IMPORTANT: Bulb must be installed in the fixture before turning on the power.

WARNING: Ensure power is turned OFF before inserting the plug. Incorrect assembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock.

Care and Cleaning

Tala recommends cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive materials, as these will damage the product's finish.

Warranty and After-Care

This product comes with a two-year warranty. If a functional defect arises during this period, please contact Tala customer service at customerservice@tala.co.uk.

Please note: The flexible cable attached to this luminaire cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, please recycle the luminaire and seek a replacement.

Environmental Information

The WEEE symbol indicates that electrical and electronic equipment should not be mixed with general household waste. For recovery and recycling, please take this product to a designated collection point, where it will be accepted free of charge. Many retailers offer this service in-store. Disposing of this product correctly helps save valuable resources and prevents potential negative effects on human health and the environment.

• Cord with Dimmer Dial and US plug
• Pre-assembled Tala Pendant (available in Oak, Walnut, Brass, or Graphite finishes)
• Insulation tubes (2x), adjustable for in-line positioning with nodes
• Ceiling Nodes (2x), each consisting of 2 caps and 2 bases
• Fixing Pack (use only if suitable for ceiling type)
• EU to UK Plug adapter

Installation Steps

STEP 1: Plan Your Layout

Decide on your desired layout for the Plug-in Pendant. Ensure you have enough cable length for your chosen arrangement and that the dimmer control is always accessible.

STEP 2: Prepare the Ceiling Mount

Attach a Node base (D1) to the ceiling. Always select screws and plugs appropriate for the ceiling material. Ensure the node channel runs parallel with the planned cord direction.

STEP 3: Secure the Pendant Cord

Position the Cord (A) into the Node base (D1) at the desired points for your layout. Slide the Insulation Tubes (C) into the centre of the Ceiling Nodes. Screw the Node cap (D2) onto the Node base clockwise until secure. Do not overtighten.

STEP 4: Install the Bulb

Insert your bulb into the pendant, rotating clockwise until tight. Take care not to tighten too much to avoid breakage.

STEP 5: UK Adapter (If Applicable)

For UK use: Push the EU plug into the UK Adapter until it clicks in and the plug does not come loose.

STEP 6: Connect to Power

Insert the lamp plug into your chosen wall socket, ensuring the power is switched off.

STEP 7: Power On and Adjust

Switch the power on. Rotate the dial on your dimmer until the bulb lights up. Adjust the dimmer for your desired light output.
