Regular Installation
This guide provides the suggested wiring configuration for the Fortin EVO-ALL module in a Toyota Corolla (2024-2025, H-Key). Ensure you have the latest firmware and installation guide from www.fortin.ca.

Module Compatibility and Options
Module Required: EVO-ALL
Firmware Version: 88.[22] MINIMUM
QR Code: Located on the module label, manufactured after 2019.
Program Bypass Option
- C1: OEM Remote status (Lock/Unlock) monitoring.
- A11: Hood trigger (Output Status).
- D2: Unlock before / Lock after (Disarm OEM alarm).
Parts Required (Not Included)
- 1x 5 Amp Fuse
- 1x 5 Amp Fusible
Mandatory Installation
Hood Pin Status: The hood pin switch must be installed. If the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open, set function A11 to OFF.
Technician Requirement: This module must be installed by a qualified technician. Incorrect connections can cause permanent damage to the vehicle.
Wiring Connection Guide
This section details the specific wiring connections for the EVO-ALL module to the vehicle's electrical system. Refer to the diagrams for precise locations and wire colors.
Key Connection Points:
- Steering Column: Connections for (+), ACCESSORY, (+) STARTER, (+) IGNITION, (+) 12V.
- ECU, Driver's ECU: Connections for CAN HIGH, CAN LOW, DOORLOCKS DATA.
- Driver Kick Panel: Connections for (-) IMO, (-) IMI.
Wiring Diagram Overview:
The wiring diagram illustrates the connections between the EVO-ALL module's harness and the vehicle's wiring. Key connections include:
- Power: (+) 12V Battery, Ground.
- Ignition/Start: (+) Ignition, (+) Accessory, (+) Starter.
- Data Links: CAN HIGH, CAN LOW, Door Locks Data.
- Vehicle Status: Hood, Trunk, Door Status, Hand Brake, Foot Brake.
- Other: Tachometer, TPMS (if equipped).
Note on TPMS: TPMS connection is only required if remote start control from OEM remotes is desired and the vehicle is equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
DCRYPTOR Programming Procedure
Follow these steps to program the EVO-ALL module using the DCRYPTOR feature.
Required Tools:
- FLASH LINK UPDATER, FLASH LINK MOBILE, or FLASH LINK MANAGER software.
- Microsoft Windows Computer with Internet connection OR Smartphone (Android/iOS) with Internet connection.
Programming Steps:
- Press and hold the programming button. Connect the 4-Pin Data-link connector. LEDs will alternate between BLUE, RED, YELLOW & BLUE/RED flashes.
- Release the programming button when the LED is BLUE.
- Insert the required remaining connectors.
- Turn the key to the Ignition ON/RUN position. The BLUE LED will flash rapidly. Wait until the BLUE LED turns ON solid.
- Start the vehicle. The BLUE LED will turn OFF, and the RED LED will turn ON.
- Turn the key to the OFF position. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
- Start the vehicle. The RED LED will turn OFF, and the YELLOW LED will turn ON. Wait until the RED and YELLOW LEDs alternate.
- Turn the key to the OFF position.
- Disconnect all connectors except the Data-Link (4-pins) connector.
- Use the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool to visit the DCRYPTOR menu.
- After programming is completed, reconnect the 4-Pin Data-Link connector and then all other connectors.
Remote Starter Functionality
To use the remote starter functionality:
- Ensure all doors are closed.
- Remote start the vehicle using the remote.
- Unlock the doors with the remote-starter remote or the OEM remote.
- Insert and Turn the key to the Ignition ON/RUN position.
- Press the brake pedal.
- The vehicle can now be put into gear and driven.
