Anleitung zur Softwareaktualisierung für Xzent X-527

Dieses Dokument bietet eine detaillierte Anleitung zur Aktualisierung der Systemsoftware Ihres Xzent X-527 Geräts. Die Aktualisierung erfolgt über einen USB-Datenträger und umfasst mehrere Schritte zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Installation.

Voraussetzungen

Für die Durchführung des Updates benötigen Sie:

Einen USB-Wechseldatenträger mit mindestens 2 GB Speichervolumen.
Einen PC oder Notebook zur Vorbereitung des USB-Datenträgers.

Wichtig: Der USB-Datenträger muss vor der Verwendung mit FAT 32 formatiert werden.

Schritt 1: Download und USB-Stick Vorbereitung

Laden Sie die neueste Software von xzent.com/support/software/ herunter und entpacken Sie die Update-Datei. Kopieren Sie anschließend die entpackten Dateien in das Hauptverzeichnis Ihres formatierten USB-Datenträgers.

Schritt 2: MCU Update

Das MCU-Update dauert ca. 30 Sekunden. Stecken Sie den vorbereiteten USB-Stick in das Gerät. Ignorieren Sie das WLAN-Einstellungsfenster und navigieren Sie zu Einstellungen > Aktualisieren und zurücksetzen > Gerätesoftware aktualisieren. Wählen Sie 'MCU' und klicken Sie auf 'Upgrade'. Das Gerät startet nach Abschluss des Updates automatisch neu.

Schritt 3: IMG (ATCUPG) Update

Das IMG-Update dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät während des gesamten Vorgangs mit Strom versorgt wird. Führen Sie die gleichen Schritte wie bei Schritt 2 aus, wählen Sie jedoch 'IMG' und klicken Sie auf 'Upgrade'. Das Gerät wird nach der Installation neu gestartet.

Schritt 4: Bluetooth Aktivierung und Versionsüberprüfung

Nach dem Neustart aktivieren Sie WLAN und verbinden Sie sich mit einem Netzwerk. Navigieren Sie zum Hauptmenü, wählen Sie 'BT Phone' und warten Sie auf die automatische Aktivierung. Entfernen Sie anschließend den USB-Stick. Überprüfen Sie die installierte Softwareversion unter Einstellungen > Systeminfo.
