How to Wear Your Smartwatch
The smartwatch should be worn on your forearm, approximately one finger's width from your wrist bone. Ensure the watch is snug but comfortable, allowing for accurate sensor readings. A strap that is too loose may lead to inaccurate heart rate measurements.
Connecting to Your Phone
1. Download and install the F Fit mobile application on your smartphone. Register and log in to the app to manage your smartwatch features.
Tip: App versions and features may change. Follow on-screen prompts for updates.
2. Press and hold the function button to turn on the watch. Scan the QR code displayed on the smartwatch screen using your smartphone's camera to download and install the F Fit app. The app is also available on Google Play and the App Store.

3. Launch the F Fit app, log in to your account, and select 'Add device' to add your new smartwatch. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Tip: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and both devices are kept close during pairing. If the watch is not found, press and hold the function button for 5 seconds to reset the watch to factory settings and try pairing again.
Using Your Smartwatch
- View Notifications: Swipe down from the top of the home screen.
- Open Settings Panel: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen.
- Switch Widgets: Swipe left or right on the screen.
- Go Back: Swipe from left to right on any menu page.
GPS System
The watch supports the Global Positioning System (GPS) for tracking outdoor activities like running and cycling. The watch automatically starts and pauses recording for these activities. Route tracking is optimized for outdoor use. You will be notified when training recording begins and automatically resumes.
To improve satellite signal acquisition in crowded areas, raise your wrist with the watch upwards when starting a workout.
The watch features Assisted GPS (A-GPS) for faster and more accurate location. A-GPS requires an active Bluetooth connection to the F Fit app. A-GPS data will be lost if not synchronized with your smartphone within 7 days of training.
Charging the Device
Connect the watch to the charger promptly when the battery level is low.
