How to Wear Your Smartwatch

The smartwatch should be worn on your forearm, approximately one finger's width from your wrist bone. Ensure the watch is snug but comfortable, allowing for accurate sensor readings. A strap that is too loose may lead to inaccurate heart rate measurements.

Connecting to Your Phone

1. Download and install the F Fit mobile application on your smartphone. Register and log in to the app to manage your smartwatch features.

Tip: App versions and features may change. Follow on-screen prompts for updates.

2. Press and hold the function button to turn on the watch. Scan the QR code displayed on the smartwatch screen using your smartphone's camera to download and install the F Fit app. The app is also available on Google Play and the App Store.

3. Launch the F Fit app, log in to your account, and select 'Add device' to add your new smartwatch. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Tip: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and both devices are kept close during pairing. If the watch is not found, press and hold the function button for 5 seconds to reset the watch to factory settings and try pairing again.

Using Your Smartwatch

  1. View Notifications: Swipe down from the top of the home screen.
  2. Open Settings Panel: Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen.
  3. Switch Widgets: Swipe left or right on the screen.
  4. Go Back: Swipe from left to right on any menu page.

GPS System

The watch supports the Global Positioning System (GPS) for tracking outdoor activities like running and cycling. The watch automatically starts and pauses recording for these activities. Route tracking is optimized for outdoor use. You will be notified when training recording begins and automatically resumes.

To improve satellite signal acquisition in crowded areas, raise your wrist with the watch upwards when starting a workout.

The watch features Assisted GPS (A-GPS) for faster and more accurate location. A-GPS requires an active Bluetooth connection to the F Fit app. A-GPS data will be lost if not synchronized with your smartphone within 7 days of training.

Charging the Device

Connect the watch to the charger promptly when the battery level is low.

3. Position the strap and release the spring bar lever.

4. Gently pull the strap to confirm it is securely attached.

5. To detach, slide the spring bar lever and remove the strap.

Safety Instructions

Keep your wrist still during heart rate measurements for accuracy.

The watch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM, suitable for showering and swimming, but not for diving. The touchscreen is not designed for underwater use; dry the screen if water droplets are present before interaction.

Avoid fastening the strap too tightly during daily wear. Keep device contacts clean and dry; clean the watch regularly with water.

If skin irritation occurs under the strap, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Use only the original charging station and a reputable USB power adapter. Ensure both the watch and charger are dry and clean before charging. Do not touch devices with wet hands or expose them to liquids during charging.

Operate the watch in temperatures between 0°C and 45°C (32°F and 113°F). Performance may be affected outside this range.

The built-in battery should not be replaced by the user. Contact authorized service for replacement. Do not disassemble, puncture, strike, crush, or expose the battery to high temperatures. If the battery shows signs of smoking or leakage, stop use immediately. Do not dispose of the watch or battery in fire to prevent explosion.

The smartwatch is not a medical device; its readings are for informational purposes only and should not be used for medical diagnosis.

Keep the watch and small components away from children to prevent choking hazards. The watch is not a toy; minors should use it under adult supervision.

Improper battery handling can lead to overheating, leakage, or explosion. To prevent damage:

If the battery is damaged or shows unusual signs, stop using the device. Charge the battery at least once every 3 months, even if unused, to maintain its condition.

Dispose of damaged watches and batteries as electronic waste according to local regulations.
