How to Wear a Watch?

For daily use, the watch should be comfortably fastened to your wrist, about one finger-width away from the wrist bone. Adjust the strap so that the heart rate sensor can collect data accurately.

Note: Wearing the watch too loosely may affect the heart rate sensor's data collection.

GPS

GPS AND A-GPS

The watch supports positioning via the Global Positioning System (GPS). When participating in outdoor sports like running, GPS will automatically start and notify you of successful positioning, then stop positioning when the exercise is completed. An open field outdoors is the best place for GPS positioning, while in crowded conditions, raising your hand may help better GPS positioning. It is recommended to start exercising only when GPS is functional.

The watch has an Assisted GPS (A-GPS) function, which can speed up GPS positioning with data directly from GPS satellites. Ensure the watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth; data can be automatically synchronized to the watch via the "F Fit" app, and A-GPS data will also be updated automatically.

If data is not synchronized for 7 consecutive days, the A-GPS data will expire. In this case, location information must be re-acquired. Location information can be updated on the outdoor sports activity page of the watch.

Charging

When the battery is depleted, charge the watch immediately.

Strap Adjustment and Assembly/Disassembly

To attach or remove the strap, refer to the following illustration.

Environmental Protection

Electronic waste bearing the WEEE symbol must not be disposed of with other municipal waste. They are subject to separate collection and recycling at designated points. Ensuring proper disposal will prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health. The system for collecting used equipment complies with local environmental regulations for waste disposal. You can obtain detailed information on this matter from your municipality, the cleaning plant, or the store from which you purchased the product.

The product complies with the requirements of the so-called New Approach Directives of the European Union (EU), which deal with issues related to user safety, health protection, and environmental protection, identifying risks that must be detected and eliminated.

Li-Ion Battery

The device is equipped with a LI ION (lithium-ion) battery, which, due to its physical and chemical structure, ages over time and with use. The manufacturer specifies the maximum operating time of the device under laboratory conditions, where optimal operating conditions prevail for the device and the battery itself is new and fully charged. The actual operating time may differ from that stated in the offer and this is not a defect of the device but a characteristic of the product. To maintain the maximum battery life, it is not recommended to discharge the battery below 3.18 volts or 15% of its total capacity. Lower values, such as 2.5 V for a single cell, will permanently destroy it and are not covered by the warranty. If you do not use the battery or the entire device for more than one month, charge the battery to 50% and periodically check the charge level every two months. Store the battery and the device in a dry place, away from sunlight and extreme temperatures.

In the absence of information regarding the necessary maintenance, cycle, or service actions in the user manual, the difference between the product's physical condition and a physically new product must be regularly assessed, at least once a week. If any deviation is detected or found, urgent maintenance (cleaning) or service measures must be taken.
