3. Charging
- When the watch indicates a low battery, charge it promptly. Charging takes 2-3 hours.
- The watch uses magnetic charging. Align the charging cable's charging port with the watch's charging port. Wait for the charging indicator on the watch screen.
- The watch charges with the screen off for stability. Touch a button to wake the watch. If the battery is critically low, charge for 3-5 minutes before waking. This is normal. Wait 5 minutes and check the charge status.
- Use a charger with a rated output voltage of 5V and a rated output current of 0.5A-2A, or a computer's USB port.
- If the watch will not be used for an extended period, fully charge it, then power it off and store it. Avoid storing the watch with a low battery level to prevent battery damage.
4. Using GPS
- For the best GPS experience, connect and pair the app first. Within about 3 minutes after pairing, the "GloryFitPro" app will send GPS ephemeris data and other information to the watch via Bluetooth. Successful transmission shortens GPS positioning time. If transmission fails, a "AGPS expired" reminder will appear when first using GPS-enabled sports, leading to longer positioning times. Try unpairing and re-pairing the watch app, wait 2 minutes, then use GPS. If APGS was successfully issued, the reminder will not appear on the first GPS use.
- Every morning at 09:00, the "GloryFitPro" app downloads the latest GPS ephemeris data for the day. If Bluetooth is connected, the watch will download this data.
- GPS positioning time can be affected by environmental factors. Choosing an open space away from tall buildings can improve GPS positioning and reduce track drift.
- After finishing a sport, if you choose to save the data, the app will automatically synchronize it. You can check the sport track and data in the app for details.
5. GPS Interface Usage
The GPS interface shows different statuses: AGPS expired, No location, GPS localized, and Sports with localization.
6. Connecting to the App
Scan the QR code on the watch or visit your app store to download and install the "GloryFitPro" app. Upon first opening the app, you will be prompted for permissions. Click "Allow" to grant necessary permissions.
- Open GloryFitPro and set up personal information.
- Navigate to the "Device" page and tap the "Add device" icon.
- Tap the device model number in the list.
- Pairing successful.
During the connection process, a prompt like "Confirm pairing with the watch or mobile phone" may appear. Click "Confirm pairing".
After successful connection, the connection icon and data connection icon in the watch's status bar will turn green. A gray status indicates the watch is not connected.
Connection Status Examples:
- Bluetooth not connected, App not connected.
- App connected, Bluetooth not connected.
- App connected, Bluetooth connected.
7. Unpairing the App
- iOS: In the app's "Device" interface, find "Disconnect", tap it, then go to the phone's "Settings-Bluetooth" interface. Tap the "!" icon next to the device and select "Ignore this device". This ensures the device is no longer connected to the phone.
- Android: In the app's "Device" screen, find "Disconnect", tap it, then disconnect from the mobile phone.
