Key Information
Language Options: Items with Black call-outs require the language to be specified in order notes. Example: English.
Upholstery Options: Items with Gray call-outs require the upholstery color to be specified in order notes. Example: Putty.
Frame and Work Arm Colors: Items with Blue call-outs require the powder coat frame color to be specified in order notes. Add 'No Clear' after the color name if applicable. Example: Platinum No Clear.
Clean Guide Rods
This step is crucial before installation. Failure to clean the guide rods can result in residue from packaging or other sources getting stuck in the bushings, causing the top plate to stick. Buildup in the bushings of the top plates can hinder smooth operation. Clean the guide rods thoroughly. Use silicone spray and a fiber cloth to remove any excess residue. These supplies can be found at most hardware stores.

Assembly Directions: Weight Stack Assembly
STEP 1. RUBBER BUMPERS

STEP 4. TOP PLATE/SELECTOR ROD – REMOVE FROM CABLE FOR NOW + INSTALL THE TOP PLATE

STEP 5. TILT IN GUIDE RODS – RAISE THEM IN ORDER TO BOLT THEM IN

STEP 6. INSTALL THE WEIGHT SELECTOR PIN AND REATTACH CABLE TO THE TOP PLATE AND THEN STORE WEIGHT ADAPTERS ON THE CHROME BRACKET AT THE TOP SO THAT THE CABLE CAN BE TIGHTENED AND ADJUSTED

Weight Stack Assembly
