Welcome to the user manual for the Soundcore Space Q45 wireless headphones. This guide provides comprehensive instructions on setup, features, controls, and specifications to help you get the most out of your headphones.
Getting Started
Wearing the Headphones
Ensure the headphone marked "L" is worn on your left ear and "R" on your right ear. Adjust the headband for a comfortable fit.
Charging
Before charging, ensure the USB port is completely dry. Do not turn on the headphones while charging. Use the included USB-C cable for optimal charging. A 5-minute charge provides approximately 4 hours of playback, and a full charge takes about 2 hours.
Charging Status:
- ? Red solid: Charging

Power and Pairing
Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the headphones on or off.
Bluetooth Pairing
On first use, the headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when powered on.
To manually initiate pairing mode: With the headphones off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "Soundcore Space Q45" to connect.
Multipoint Connection
The Soundcore Space Q45 can connect to two devices simultaneously. To pair a second device while already connected to one, press the power button twice.
Alternatively, use the Soundcore app:
- Navigate to Settings in the app.
- Select "Device List".
- Choose "Connect New Device".
Soundcore App
Download the Soundcore app to unlock additional features:
- Switch between different sound modes.
- Customize EQ settings.
- Update headphone firmware.
- Adjust noise cancellation and transparency levels.
If you experience issues connecting the headphones to the Soundcore app, ensure you have the latest version installed from your device's app store.

Noise Cancellation & Transparency Modes
Noise Cancellation (NC)
Press the NC button to cycle through noise cancellation modes. These modes can be customized in the Soundcore app.
- Auto Mode: Automatically adjusts ANC intensity based on ambient noise levels for optimal noise reduction.
- Manual Mode: Allows you to manually set the desired noise cancellation strength.
Transparency Mode
Press the NC button to switch to Transparency mode to hear your surroundings.
- Voice Focus: Enhances speech frequencies, making conversations clearer.
- Custom: Manually adjust the level of ambient sound you wish to hear.
Advanced Features
LDAC Audio Codec
LDAC enables high-resolution audio playback. It is compatible with Android 8.0 and later devices. iOS devices do not support LDAC.
Note: LDAC provides superior sound quality but may increase power consumption and reduce battery life. It can also lead to connection instability in environments with significant interference. For the best experience, ensure a stable Bluetooth connection.
To enable LDAC:
- Open the Soundcore app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select "Sound Mode".
- Choose "LDAC" or "Preferred audio quality".
When LDAC is enabled, multipoint connection (connecting to two devices) is disabled.
Codec switching may take approximately 10 seconds. If your headphone firmware is outdated, you may be prompted to update it.
AUX Connection
Connect your headphones to an audio device using the included 3.5mm AUX cable for wired listening. Bluetooth connection will be automatically disabled when using the AUX cable.
Resetting the Headphones
If you experience issues such as sound only from one earbud or connection problems, perform a reset:
- First, remove "Soundcore Space Q45" from your device's Bluetooth pairing list.
- Press and hold the power button and the Volume Up button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red 3 times.
LED Indicator Status
The LED indicator provides information about the headphone's status:

Firmware Updates
