Soundcore App
Download the Soundcore app to customize ambient sound, adjust EQ settings, update firmware, and discover more features. If your headphones do not connect to the Soundcore app, please update it to the latest version from your mobile app store.
The app interface includes sections for 'Default', 'Controls', 'Sound Effects', 'Update Firmware', and 'What's New'.
Wearing the Headphones

Wear the headphones so that the 'L' logo is on your left ear and the 'R' logo is on your right ear. Adjust the length of the headband for a comfortable fit.
Charging

Completely dry the USB port before charging. Do not turn on the headphones while they are charging. Use a certified USB-C charging cable and charger to avoid any damage.
Power On & Pairing
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. The headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when connecting for the first time. Select 'soundcore Space Q45' in your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

Multi-Point Connection
The headphones can connect to two devices simultaneously. Once connected to one device, double-press the power button to pair with a second device.
To connect a new device, navigate to Settings > Dual Connections > Connect New Device in the Soundcore app.

Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode when the headphones are off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED light flashes blue.

Button Controls

Noise Cancellation
To reduce ambient noise, press the NC button to activate noise cancellation (default setting) and customize settings in the Soundcore app.
- Adaptive Noise Cancellation: Automatically adjusts the noise cancellation level based on your surroundings.
- Custom Noise Cancellation: Allows you to manually set the noise cancellation level.

Transparency Mode
To stay aware of your surroundings while listening to music, switch to transparency mode using the NC button and customize settings in the Soundcore app.
- Talk Mode: Makes voices clearer amidst ambient sounds.
- Custom Transparency Mode: Allows you to manually set the transparency level.

LDAC Audio Codec
Use devices with Android 8.0 or later to enjoy LDAC quality sound. LDAC provides higher quality audio, increases power consumption, and reduces playtime.
Enable LDAC in low-interference environments for a stable Bluetooth connection.
To enable LDAC:
- Go to Settings in the Soundcore app.
- Tap 'Sound Mode'.
- Select 'Preferred audio quality' to switch to the LDAC codec.
You will be notified if your headphones do not support LDAC when connected to two devices; select 'Turn On' to proceed. Switching audio codecs takes about 10 seconds. You may be prompted to update the headphone firmware.
Note: After LDAC is turned on, the headset will no longer be able to connect two devices at the same time.

Wired Listening
Listen to audio from an external device by connecting a 3.5mm AUX cable. Wired listening will automatically disable Bluetooth mode.

Resetting the Headphones
You may need to reset your headphones if you encounter connection or functionality issues. First, clear the pairing history from your Bluetooth device. Then, press and hold the power and volume up buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red three times.

Firmware Update
When you connect your headphones to the app, you will be notified when a new firmware version is detected. Ensure the headphones are turned on and connected to your device until the firmware update is complete. Avoid any usage during the update and ensure a stable internet connection.
