Get the Soundcore App
Download the soundcore app to customize your audio experience. Features include ambient sound adjustment, equalizer settings, firmware updates, and more.
If you encounter connection issues with the app, ensure you have the latest version installed from your mobile device's app store (available on Google Play and the App Store).
Wearing Your Headphones
Ensure the 'L' marking is on your left ear and the 'R' marking is on your right ear. Adjust the headband for a snug and comfortable fit.

Charging
Before charging, ensure the USB port is completely dry. Do not power on the headphones while they are charging.
Use a certified USB-C charging cable and a compatible charger to prevent damage.

Powering On and Bluetooth Pairing
To power on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. For the first connection, the headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
To connect, select "soundcore Space Q45" from your device's Bluetooth list.

Multi-point Connection
The Space Q45 headphones support connection to two devices simultaneously.
After connecting to the first device, double-press the power button to pair with a second device.
To manage connections, navigate to Settings within the soundcore app and select "Dual Device Connection" > "Connect New Device".

Manual Bluetooth Pairing
If the headphones are off, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue to manually enter pairing mode.

Noise Cancellation Modes
Reduce ambient noise by activating noise cancellation via the dedicated button. Fine-tune settings in the soundcore app.
Adaptive Noise Cancellation
Automatically adjusts noise cancellation levels based on your environment.
Custom Noise Cancellation
Manually set your preferred noise cancellation level.

Transparency Mode
Stay aware of your surroundings while listening to music. Activate Transparency Mode using the ANC button and adjust in the soundcore app.
Talk Mode
Enhances voice clarity for clearer conversations.
Custom Transparency Mode
Manually set your preferred transparency level.

LDAC Codec
Experience high-resolution audio with LDAC, compatible with Android 8.0+ devices.
Note: LDAC provides superior sound quality but may increase power consumption and reduce battery life. For a stable connection, use LDAC in environments with minimal wireless interference.
To enable LDAC:
- Navigate to Settings in the soundcore app.
- Tap "Sound Mode".
- Select "Preferred audio quality" to switch to LDAC.
When LDAC is active, dual device connection is disabled. You will be prompted to confirm the switch.

Wired Listening
Connect an external audio device using the included 3.5mm AUX cable. This will automatically disable Bluetooth.

Factory Reset
If you experience issues, perform a factory reset. First, remove "soundcore Space Q45" from your device's Bluetooth list.
Press and hold the power button and the volume up button simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes three times. ?

Firmware Updates
The soundcore app will notify you when a new firmware version is available. Ensure your headphones are powered on and connected to your device and a stable internet connection during the update process.
