Important Safety Precautions

Setup Instructions

Install Teflon Tube: Insert the provided Teflon tube into the filament outlet as shown in the diagram.

Load Filament: Open the top cover and place the filament spool(s) inside the dryer box.

- Toggle the switch backwards first, then pull it up.
- Install the buckle as indicated.

Thread Filament: Guide the filament through the filament output port of the dryer and the Teflon tube.

Connect Power: Connect the power supply to the device and press the power switch to turn it on.

Operation and Control Panel
The control panel allows you to manage the drying process. The display shows current (PV) and set (SV) values for temperature, humidity (RH), mode (MO), and time.
Control Buttons:
- [Power Button]: Click to turn on; double-click to turn off.
- [SET] Button: Press to select menu options. Pay attention to the flashing status of screen characters.
- [▲] Button: Press to increase a value or change the state.
- [▼] Button: Press to decrease a value or change the state.
Display Indicators and Functions:
- SV flashing: Set the target heating temperature. Use [▲] or [▼] to adjust.
- °C flashing: Switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) units using [▲] or [▼].
- "SUNLU" flashing: Adjust LED running light status (flow, always on, or off) using [▲] or [▼].
- "PETG" flashing: Select filament type and use recommended temperature parameters by pressing [▲] or [▼].
- "Time: 04:53:52" flashing: Set the drying time (maximum 99 hours) using [▲] or [▼].
- "RH" flashing: For MO2 mode, preset the automatic startup humidity value (minimum 30%, maximum 50%) using [▲] or [▼].
- "MO" flashing: Switch between MO1 and MO2 modes using [▲] or [▼].
Drying Modes:
- MO1 (Time Control Mode): The dryer operates for a set duration and shuts down after the countdown.
- MO2 (Humidity Control Mode): After the countdown, if humidity rises to the preset value (e.g., 50%), heating resumes automatically until humidity drops to 25%.

Common Troubleshooting
