Setup Instructions

  1. Install Teflon Tube: Insert the provided Teflon tube into the filament outlet as shown in the diagram.

  2. Load Filament: Open the top cover and place the filament spool(s) inside the dryer box.

    • Toggle the switch backwards first, then pull it up.
    • Install the buckle as indicated.
  3. Thread Filament: Guide the filament through the filament output port of the dryer and the Teflon tube.

  4. Connect Power: Connect the power supply to the device and press the power switch to turn it on.

Operation and Control Panel

The control panel allows you to manage the drying process. The display shows current (PV) and set (SV) values for temperature, humidity (RH), mode (MO), and time.

Common Troubleshooting

Question Reason Troubleshooting Method
Cannot boot Abnormal power connection Check if the power cord is securely connected to the socket and if the fuse is intact.
Display is garbled/incomplete Poor contact or bad display Shut down and restart. If the issue persists, the display may need replacement.
ER1 (Abnormal temperature detection) Temperature sensor connection issue Verify that the temperature sensor connection is secure.
ER2 (Abnormal PTC heating fan) Fan not rotating or obstructed Check if the fan is rotating freely or if it is blocked by foreign objects.
ER3 (Abnormal air supply fan) Fan not rotating or obstructed Check if the fan is rotating freely or if it is blocked by foreign objects.
