The LCD displays:

Operation Guide

  1. Power On: Plug in the power adapter and connect it to the dryer. The device enters standby mode.
  2. Filament Loading: Place filament in the dryer, thread it through the outlet, and close the lid. Ensure filament is tightly wound.
  3. Turn On the Dryer: Double-click the power button to start with default settings (50°C, 6 hours, PLA, LED OFF).
  4. Personalized Settings:
    • Temperature Unit: Press SET, then use ▲ or ▼ to switch between °C and °F.
    • Temperature Adjustment: Press SET, then use ▲ or ▼ to increase/decrease temperature (35°C~70°C). Settings are saved automatically after 3 seconds of inactivity.
    • Drying Time: Press SET, then use ▲ or ▼ to adjust drying time. Default is 6 hours. To disable countdown, set time to 99:00 or 00:00.
    • Material Selection: Press SET, then use ▲ or ▼ to cycle through filament types. Temperature settings adjust accordingly.
    • LED Light Ring Mode: Press SET, then use ▲ or ▼ to select LED mode (OFF, ON, RUN).
  5. Turn Off the Dryer: Double-click the power button to shut down. Settings are retained upon restart, except drying time resets to 6 hours.

Ensure filament is wound tightly, not loosely.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Troubleshooting Method
LCD screen does not display normally Power adapter failure Replace the power adapter.
The temperature does not rise Power adapter power is below specification (24V 2A) Replace the power adapter.
The lid of the dryer enclosure is not closed. Close the top cover of the filament dryer.
Fault code ER1 Poor contact of temperature probe. Reconnect the heating element temperature probe (right 2).
Fault code ER2 Poor contact of the enclosure temperature probe. Reconnect the enclosure temperature probe (right 1).

After-sales Service

1. Limited warranty for one year for failures under normal operation as described in this manual.

2. Warranty service is void if the machine is damaged due to using a different specification power adapter or improper operation according to the manual.
