Important Safety Information
- Do not place this product within the reach of children.
- Pay attention to electrical safety during operation. Do not use this product near water, such as bathrooms, bathtubs, washbasins, etc. where water is easily taken.
- Please use the original power cord or a power cord that meets safety certification requirements.
- When not using this product, please turn off the power to avoid sudden fire.
- When drying filaments, do not place the product on temperature-sensitive objects.
- When drying filaments, please do not touch the heater or fan inside the box to avoid burns. When drying filaments, the upper cover of the drying box should be covered to avoid heat loss.
- In order to ensure the drying effect, do not open the dryer box at will during the operation.
- If the product fails, please turn off the power and disconnect the power cord from the power outlet, then contact the after-sales support team.
Getting Started and Operation
Steps
- Install the Teflon tube: Insert the Teflon tube into the filament outlet as shown in the diagram.
- Load Filament: Open the top cover and place the filament into the dryer box. (To open the lid, toggle the switch backwards first, then pull it up).
- Thread Filament: Thread the filament through the filament outlet of the dryer and the Teflon tube. (Two methods are illustrated).
- Connect Power: Connect the power supply and press the switch to turn on the device.
Control Panel and Operation
The control panel features a display showing:
- PV (Present Value): Displays the current temperature.
- SV (Set Value): Displays the target temperature.
- RH (Relative Humidity): Displays the current humidity level.
- MO (Mode): Indicates the operating mode (MO1: Time Control, MO2: Humidity Control).
- Time: Displays the countdown timer.
- Buttons: SET (select menu/confirm), ▲ (increase value/change state), ▼ (decrease value/change state), Power Button (turn on/off).
Operating Modes:
- MO1 (Time Control): The dryer operates for a set duration and then shuts off.
- MO2 (Humidity Control): The dryer heats until humidity drops to 25%, then waits for humidity to rise to 50% before reheating.
Settings:
- Press SET to select menus.
- Use ▲/▼ to adjust values or change states.
- When values flash, set the target heating temperature.
- When °C/°F flashes, switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit units.
- When the SUNLU logo flashes, observe the green LED light bar status and set its mode (flow LED, always on, or off).
- When letters flash, set the filament type and use recommended temperature parameters.
- Adjust humidity in the range of 30%-50% for MO2 mode.

Product Components

Common Troubleshooting
Question | Reason | Troubleshooting Method |
---|---|---|
Cannot boot | Abnormal power connection | Check if the power cord is well connected to the socket and check if the fuse is blown. |
The display is garbled/incomplete | Poor contact or bad display | Shut down and restart. If the problem persists and you need to replace the display, contact support. |
ER1 | Abnormal temperature detection | Check whether the temperature sensor connection is good. |
ER2 | Abnormal PTC heating fan | Check if the fan does not rotate or is stuck by a foreign object. |
ER3 | Abnormal air supply fan | Check if the fan does not rotate or is stuck by a foreign object. |
After-Sales Service
If the product fails under normal operation as shown in this manual, it is warranted for one year.
During the warranty period, if the machine is damaged due to the use of power cords of different specifications or incorrect operation according to the instructions, the warranty service will not be provided.
