Connections
Microphone Interface
Connect the detachable microphone to the designated microphone interface on the headset.
Warning: Do not insert the microphone into the AUX interface, as this will prevent the headset from turning on.
AUX Interface
This interface is for wired connections using a 3.5mm audio cable.
Charging Port
Connect the USB charging cable to charge the headset.
Headset Charging Indicator:
- Solid Red: Charging
- Solid Green: Fully Charged
- Flashing Red: Battery below 10% (charge needed)
Headphones - Automatic Connection
- Insert the USB receiver into the USB port of your computer or host. The blue indicator light on the USB receiver will flash.
- Press and hold the headset's power button for 3 seconds. Release when the light turns on.
- The USB receiver will automatically connect to the headset. A solid blue light on the USB receiver indicates a successful connection.
Note: If the headset fails to power on, please charge it and try again.
Headphones - Manual Connection
Use this method if automatic connection fails.
- Turn on the headset and plug the USB receiver into the computer/host USB port (blue light flashes).
- Long press the microphone on/off button for 3 seconds. The headset's blue light will flash quickly, then release to enter forced pairing mode.
- A solid blue light on the USB receiver indicates a successful connection.
Headset Controls
- Power On/Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds.
- Mode Switch: Short press the mode switch button to cycle through sound modes. The headset light color indicates the mode:
- Colorful: Game Mode
- White: Video Mode
- Blue: Voice Mode
- Light On/Off: Short press the light button to toggle the headset lighting.
- Microphone On/Off: After plugging in the microphone, short press the microphone button to turn it on or off.
- Volume: Use the Volume +/- buttons to adjust the audio level.
- Reset Button: In case of unresponsiveness, use a sharp object to press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to force a shutdown.
Wired Mode
Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's AUX interface and the other end to your host device.
Note: In wired mode, only the volume adjustment (+/-) functions are available. All other controls are disabled.
Cautions
- Compatibility: The headset is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Apple Mac OS, and PS4. For unlisted systems or devices, contact after-sales support.
- No Sound: If there is no sound from the microphone or headset, it may be due to driver compatibility or improper use. Contact after-sales support for assistance.
- Damage: If any part of the headset is damaged (e.g., broken cable), stop using it and contact after-sales support to prevent further issues.
- Unresponsiveness: If the headset becomes unresponsive, use a paperclip or similar sharp object to press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds for a forced shutdown.
