Headset Controls
Volume Up / Switch to Next Track
Short press the button once to increase sound volume; Long press the button to switch to the next track. A "Max Volume" tone beeps when sound reaches a maximum.
Multi-functional Button (MFB)
- Power On: In the off state, long press the button for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: In the power-on state, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
- Pairing Mode: In the off state, press and hold the button for 6 seconds to enter the pairing state.
- Music Play/Pause: Short press the button once.
- Call Management: When a call comes in, short press the button once to answer; long-press for 1 second to reject. During a call, short press the power button once to hang up.
Volume Down / Switch to Previous Track
Short press the button once to decrease sound volume; Long press the button to switch to the previous track. A "Min Volume" tone beeps when volume reaches a minimum.
Microphone Switch / Audio Mode Switch
- Microphone On/Off: Press once for microphone off (voice prompt "MIC OFF"); press again for microphone on (voice prompt "MIC ON").
- Mode Switch: Long press the button for 3 seconds to switch between Gaming/Music mode.
Microphone 3.5mm Interface
Requires insertion of the microphone to use the microphone function normally.
Line IN 3.5mm Audio Input Interface
When a 3.5mm plug cable is inserted, the headset is automatically turned off and switches to receive the signal from the external device.
Type-C Charging Port
The specification of the connected charger is DC5V/1000mA. The headset automatically shuts down when inserted for charging.
Indicator Lights
Working Indicator
- Power On: Blue light flashes slowly.
- Pairing Mode: Red and blue lights flash repeatedly.
- Incoming Call: Blue light flashes quickly, turns solid after answering.
- Low Battery: Red light flashes twice for 3 seconds.
Charging Status Indicator
Solid red light when charging; turns solid green (red light off) when fully charged.
Headphones Lights (Left and Right)
The headset light will be solid on/off after it's powered on/off.
Quick Start Guide
1. Power On and Pairing
Manual Pairing
In the off state, long press the multi-function button for 6 seconds. The headset will directly enter the pairing state after power on.
Automatic Pairing (Bluetooth)
In the off state, long press the MFB button for 2 seconds to power on the headset (voice prompt "Power on"). If pairing was made before, the headphones will connect automatically. Otherwise, the headset will start pairing mode (voice prompt "Pairing"). Search for "G710" on your Bluetooth-enabled device.
Bluetooth Transmitter Pairing
Insert the Bluetooth transmitter into the USB port of the computer. The headset connects automatically when turned on. For re-pairing, use a pin to press the round hole on the transmitter for 2 seconds. The blue light will flash rapidly, indicating pairing. A "Connected" voice prompt confirms successful pairing. The blue lights on the Bluetooth transmitter will be solid.
Notes
When the headset is shipped, the headset and USB transmitter are pre-paired. Connect the USB transmitter to the computer's USB port, and the headset will connect automatically when turned on. If the connection fails, follow the above steps to re-pair the headset and USB transmitter.
Troubleshooting
