HÅLLBAR - Assembly Instructions

This document provides assembly instructions for the IKEA HÅLLBAR support frame for recycling bins.

Parts and Tools

Tools required:

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Flathead screwdriver

General Assembly Notes

[Information Icon] Assemble on a soft surface like a rug to prevent scratches. Do not force parts together. Identify all parts before starting. Refer to IKEA instructions or contact IKEA for assistance.

Drilling template dimensions: 27 mm, 30 mm, 32 mm.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Frame Assembly

Connect the main frame pieces. Ensure they click securely into place. [Click!]

Step 2: Install Crossbar

Insert the central crossbar into the assembled frame.

Step 3: Secure Frame

Secure the frame using screws (Part 107399). Two screws are used per side.

Step 4: Attach Vertical Supports

Attach the vertical support pieces to the frame. Use the provided drilling template for precise placement of holes. Ensure the orientation matches the diagram.

Step 5: Secure Supports

Secure the attached vertical supports using screws (Part 109049).

Step 6: Install Drawer Slides

Attach the drawer slide mechanisms to the vertical supports. Use screws (Part 131119).

Step 7: Further Securing

Continue securing components with screws (Part 100325) as indicated in the diagram.

Step 8: Install Drawer Slides (Continued)

Continue attaching drawer slide mechanisms to the frame using screws (Part 131119).

Reinforces the attachment of drawer slides with screws (131119).

Step 9: Final Securing

Secure components with screws (Part 109049) as shown.

Reinforces the attachment of components with screws (109049).

Step 10: Attach Main Bin Structure

Align and attach the main bin structure to the assembled frame. Ensure it clicks into place. [Click!]
