Measurement Template

A template is provided for precise hole placement. Key measurements indicated are 27 mm, 30 mm, and 32 mm from edges.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Main Frame

Connect the four corner pieces of the main rectangular frame. Ensure each connection clicks securely into place.

Step 2: Install Crossbars

Position the two internal crossbars within the assembled main frame.

Step 3: Secure Crossbars

Fasten the crossbars to the frame using 4 screws (Part No. 107399).

Step 4: Attach Mounting Brackets

Using the measurement template, mark the correct positions for the mounting brackets on the sides of the frame. Attach the brackets using 2 screws (Part No. 131119) per bracket. The diagrams suggest two such brackets are attached.

Step 5: Attach Drawer Runners

Install the drawer runners onto the frame. This step uses different types of screws for attachment:

Attach one set of runners using 2 screws (Part No. 100325).
Attach another set of runners using 2 screws (Part No. 109049).
Attach a third set of runners using 2 screws (Part No. 109049).

Total screws for runners: 2x 100325 and 4x 109049.

Step 6: Attach Side Panels

Carefully insert the side panels into the frame. Ensure they click into place.

Step 7: Place Top Frame

Position the top frame onto the assembled structure. The diagram shows a downward placement.

Step 8: Final Check

Review all connections to ensure the assembly is secure and stable. The final assembled unit is shown.
